Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. Seemed a bit overpriced. Not sure why the company wouldn't ask what type of system is installed before coming out. Recommended changing the entire system rather than a simple spring replacement. Either way, Josh gets 5 stars.

Our wall mounted garage door opener button was not working properly though the remote and keypad were. We called Precision Garage Door Service and Eric Hathaway came to our home the same day I called. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. It was an intermittent problem but he was able to diagnose and resolve it quickly. He allowed me to watch him work and was very patient answering my questions and explaining what he was doing and why. He also took the time to look at our doors (one single and one double) and openers and offer advice for future maintenance. I was very impressed with him and with Precision Garage Door and got his card and stickers for the doors so if I have any issues in the future, I will definitely call! The price was very reasonable.

Very easy and pleasurable experience. Chuck called me 30 minutes before arrival. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. Did an excellent job with measurements and assisted with my chose of door type and color. Our door was completely unusable and he explained how to safety remove it so we could get our ATV out. He was even very nice to our dog, which meant a lot to me!
