The door stopped working and I expected to wait until sometime next week to get someone here. I was surprised to learn someone would be out in 2 hours. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I was able to put the car back into the garage that same afternoon. Good work, Steve and Precision Door! Thank you!

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday, I called Precision Garage Door and they had someone out at 7am Monday morning. Patrick Stevens was great, showed up right on time, diagnosed the issues and gave me a fair estimate. Work was completed quickly, and he even swept up the garage and cleaned up the cobwebs around the door! Highly recommend!

Called a couple places to have someone come look at my garage door opener. Precision Garage Door was able to make an appointment and show up earlier than expected! The problem was fixed so fast and very reasonably! Very happy with the overall experience!

Fixed the problem. Examined the door and spings. Explained options if the garage door opener was to fail in the future and if needed to be replaced, might want to replace the springs to better work with a new 3/4 Hp garage door opener. Said they don't carry 1/2 Hp openers any longer. Door works!!! Happy customer.

Mike was pleasant, knowledgeable, and arrived within expected timeframe. I needed an estimate for a new garage door. He was able to provide that and checked age of the opener to determine it's approximate remaining life. Weighing estimate against others before decision. But was a pleasant experience.

Brad Rambo was my garage door technician today. I told him what issues I was having with the door. He spent a good deal of time checking the door. He explained what problems he had found with the door, and showed them to me. He also gave me several options and the price of each. I made my decision and he went to work. He seemed very knowledgeable about his trade, and he was very courteous. I would definitely call Precision Door again, and I would recommend them to others.

Josh arrived on a Friday and explained what was needed for a garage door and opener for replacement. He was very thorough and professional and showed me all the options I had. He scheduled for the replacement for the following Monday. Jaime, the technician, called 15 minutes before his arrival and was promptly on time. He installed the new garage door and opener in a matter of hours. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything I needed to know. Im very pleased with the overall experience dealing with the company.

My garage door broke last night and the first thing I thought about was that commercial that sticks in your head "garage doors done right", so I knew who I was calling today. Jessy came out and did an excellent job explaining what had to be done and what needed to be done so that I did not have any further issues. And yes, his work was impeccable. I am very satisfied and will definitely be telling people about this company. It's always great when a company does what it says and quickly. Thank you Jessy and Precision. Our technician, Dalton, notified us of his projected arrival time. He did a full inspection of our 12 yr. old garage door and opener mechanism, diagnosed the specific problem, and what was needed to fix it. He provided some additional maintenance recommendations for consideration to head off any potential future problems with the door and opener. There was no pressure to select any particular solution. He fully explained what was involved with each option & the costs. We chose to fix the immediate problem today but will have Precision back in a few weeks to do the additional preventative maintenance. Very pleased with the experience.
