Was in need of new garage door remotes from an aged unit. Customer service was accommodating to my schedule to be home, and prompt in answering the phone! On the day of service Dan service person phoned in advanced of arriving and was able to track his exact arrival. Dan was friendly, professional, and patient in answering my questions. Dan was honest in his observations of an old tracking system to match the remotes but said he will investigate while performing maintenance. He was honest with his conclusion about the tracking system in that it worked and was able to make the new remotes work, not necessary to purchase a new unit at this time, but forward me cost for the future. He did not try to persuade me, or flat out tell me I needed a new unit today, etc... I have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and will continue to call of them for serving my garage door needs!

We are very happy with the work Charles performed on our garage door yesterday. He examined our door and opener thoroughly before giving us a choice of remedies, not pushing us in any one direction. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door! Brian was great and very helpful. He replaced our motor, installed new sensors and remotes, and set us up with a remote app to control the door from our phones. I have dealt with Precision Garage Door Company for the last year and a half, and if I could give Nine Stars I would. Everyone, from office staff who take my calls, to the repairmen, surprise me with their thoughtfulness, quick response to address repair issues, knowledge, thoroughness, and strong desire to go above and beyond the call of duty. A general manager actually came out hours before the repair man, Jason, was available just to open my garage door so I could get my car out to leave for a scheduled doctor's appointment. How's that for service! Now, the cost of my last repair was higher than expected, however, I truly believe it was because EVERYTHING has gone up 300% in the last few years. I don't feel I was overcharged or taken advantage of

Service was very quick and the person that came out was very nice and very professional. The chain on my garage door opener had come off and it turns out it was because the gears inside the opener were shot. The opener is probably 15 years old, so I was not surprised. What did surprise me was the quote to replace it. I was quoted 1490 dollars to install a standard residential garage door opener. That same "top of the line" opener I could purchase for 300-400 dollars, so 2 hours of labor to install they wanted over 1000 dollars! Highway robbery and just an attempt to get a sale hoping people don't have any clue what things cost. I went and purchased a new Chamberlain garage door opener for 209 dollars and installed it. If you need a simple repair they are probably great, the person I had come out seemed knowledgeable and polite, but their prices are ridiculous.

Steve did an awesome job replacing my garage motor. It blew out from a surge and I was able to call and and get it replace the next day. Not only did the motor get replaced but so did the rollers. They were replace with bearing rollers and the garage is super quiet now. Would recommend Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan!

My spring broke on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and got an appointment within 2 hours for the same day. BRAD RAMBO was my technician and was GREAT!! Brad called me to say he was on the way and arrived on time. He checked out the whole door assembly, parts and pieces. Everything he found was fully explained to me. There were a few parts that also needed to be replaced as well. Brad was very efficient in gathering the new parts and installing them. Brad made the repairs look easy. After Brad was done the door worked just like new with a warranty on the new parts.
