Steve did an awesome job replacing my garage motor. It blew out from a surge and I was able to call and and get it replace the next day. Not only did the motor get replaced but so did the rollers. They were replace with bearing rollers and the garage is super quiet now. Would recommend Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan!

My spring broke on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and got an appointment within 2 hours for the same day. BRAD RAMBO was my technician and was GREAT!! Brad called me to say he was on the way and arrived on time. He checked out the whole door assembly, parts and pieces. Everything he found was fully explained to me. There were a few parts that also needed to be replaced as well. Brad was very efficient in gathering the new parts and installing them. Brad made the repairs look easy. After Brad was done the door worked just like new with a warranty on the new parts.

Do not call this company! The price quote they gave was outrageous for a spring repair, $1552 compared to $400 from another company. I regret calling them at all as they also charge for estimates ($50). Save yourself $$$ and call someone else.

Precision made everything easy! We scheduled online and received an appointment for the exact day we needed. Steve, our technician, called well before our appointment window to see if he could arrive early. After walking us through the needed repairs, he completed the work quickly and restored our 30-year-old door in no time. We're so pleased with the quality of the service and with how simple it was to schedule. Their confirmations and communications were appreciated. Im disappointed that my garage door is still not right. It was installed last Thursday but the top panel was measured incorrectly back in early December, the 2nd I think, so. It took a long time to get. Now Im not even able to get into my garage since the only way to enter is through the garage which cant open. I was told they would rush the panel but I havent heard any thing yet.

We wanted to write and share our experience with Eric at Precision Garage Door. Our older garage door motor didn't work (among a few other challenges). We called Precision Garage Door and true to their advertisement, were scheduled for an assessment and consult the same day. Eric was our technician, he called and was able to come earlier than our scheduled time! Eric was professional, very knowledgeable, patiently answered all our questions, was courteous, hard working, and thorough. He completed the work he quoted us for a fair price in the same day, going above and beyond our expectations. Service was very quick and the person that came out was very nice and very professional. The chain on my garage door opener had come off and it turns out it was because the gears inside the opener were shot. The opener is probably 15 years old, so I was not surprised. What did surprise me was the quote to replace it. I was quoted 1490 dollars to install a standard residential garage door opener. That same "top of the line" opener I could purchase for 300-400 dollars, so 2 hours of labor to install they wanted over 1000 dollars! Highway robbery and just an attempt to get a sale hoping people don't have any clue what things cost. I went and purchased a new Chamberlain garage door opener for 209 dollars and installed it. If you need a simple repair they are probably great, the person I had come out seemed knowledgeable and polite, but their prices are ridiculous.
