My garage door spring broke on a Sunday, I called Precision Garage Door and they had someone out at 7am Monday morning. Patrick Stevens was great, showed up right on time, diagnosed the issues and gave me a fair estimate. Work was completed quickly, and he even swept up the garage and cleaned up the cobwebs around the door! Highly recommend!

Fixed the problem. Examined the door and spings. Explained options if the garage door opener was to fail in the future and if needed to be replaced, might want to replace the springs to better work with a new 3/4 Hp garage door opener. Said they don't carry 1/2 Hp openers any longer. Door works!!! Happy customer.

He explained what problems he had found with the door, and showed them to me. He also gave me several options and the price of each. I made my decision and he went to work. He scheduled for the replacement for the following Monday. Jaime, the technician, called 15 minutes before his arrival and was promptly on time. He installed the new garage door and opener in a matter of hours. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything I needed to know. Our technician, Dalton, notified us of his projected arrival time. He did a full inspection of our 12 yr. old garage door and opener mechanism, diagnosed the specific problem, and what was needed to fix it. He provided some additional maintenance recommendations for consideration to head off any potential future problems with the door and opener. There was no pressure to select any particular solution. He fully explained what was involved with each option & the costs. We chose to fix the immediate problem today but will have Precision back in a few weeks to do the additional preventative maintenance. Very pleased with the experience.
