My serviceman Daniel Duvall was very friendly and polite. He arrived on time, trouble shooted, and solved the problem. Daniel also looked at all the mechanics of the door and gave me estimates of what the repairs will be if needed in the future.

Insanely expensive. $470 for just the bottom rubber when I asked for all the seals replaced. They want "at least an additional $300" to come back to do what we thought we had agreed on replacing all rubbers. Hard upsell attempts at insane prices. No meeting of the minds on what "all rubber" replacement is, what an expensive waste of money.

Matthew did a great job. He did a complete preventive maintenance job on the door including replacing the springs. He also washed some bird droppings off the outside of the door. He is a great guy.

We called Precision out to fix our garage door. After talking with the gentleman we decided a new door would be best. They came out yesterday bright and early and installed it. The young man did a great job explained everything to my husband. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new garage door.

Poor communication between precision and technician. Gave quote for replacement gasket for bottom of door okayed, called 2 weeks later and it was never ordered. Needed to come back and measure again, what happened to first measurement and quote?

This place has quite the scam going on. One guy comes out early gives you some exorbitant price for repair. You say that wont work for you. The next guy comes out closer to you appointment wants to look at the problem. You tell him someone has already given you a price and you are not interested. He acts confused. Do not use this company!!

He arrived prior to my window, listened to what I felt happened to the garage door and diagnosed the issue. He installed a new garage door opener, repeatedly tested it and finished up in a little over than an hour. Excellent service from the office to the Technician!
