My garage door was not working welland then stopped. I called Precision Garage Door. Appt was easy to schedule. Dalton came on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very good with explanations. As it turns out, the garage door/opener was not installed correctly. While he didnt have all the parts the first time, he came back the following day (a Saturday), worked for hours and essentially did a rebuild with a new garage door opener. The door has never worked as well as it does now. Thanks to Precision & Dalton. I highly recommend them.

After the torsion spring in my old janky garage door gave up the ghost, I called Precision Garage Door. The next day Timothy was out, explained my options, and when I chose a new insulated garage door scheduled the installation right there for me. A week later Terrance came out and couldn't have been more than a couple hours later I had a new, quiet, and most importantly, functioning garage door. I especially appreciated that he took the time to walk me through routine preventative maintenance that will keep it running smoothly for years to come.

Excellent service provided by Daniel. Really grateful he was able to help me with getting the correct door opener and reprogramming it. Tio and Johnny were very professional, polite, on time, and very efficient. They both deserve 5 stars. The cost was the reason I only gave 4 stars. $1200 to replace the garage door spring in less than an hour is way too much.

My tech Pat Stevens gave a couple options from which I chose the yet still affordable best option. The previous work wasn't done that way, which is why my previous spring broke. The attached pics are clearly before and after. Pat was on time, friendly and professional. I can now lift my garage door with a finger whereas before it required two people. As a disabled veteran, that's huge when the power goes out. Garage doors done right is a slogan they delivered on, and Pat and Precision Garage Doors come highly recommended by me.

They came out same day fixed a busted spring and refurbished the pulleys and rollers on a 30 year old door. I was able to lift the door with one hand when done. Steve Wells did it all in under an hour. Had another company fix a spring about 3 years ago it took them over 2 hours and they just replaced the spring. Had to wait 4 days for them to come out also.

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! A door cable snapped and I was able to schedule an online appointment for Monday morning. I received a confirmation text, a phone call the morning of, a photo of the technician, and a notification when they were on their way. Excellent communication! When Eric arrived, he was friendly and professional and had my door up and running in about a half hour. I was also appreciative that he presented me with a number of solution options and pricepoints and offered his own perspective as an experienced technician. They're already bookmarked for that fateful day when I'll have to replace the door entirely - 10/10 service!

My garage door was damaged yesterday - Thanksgiving day. Precision Door had Brad Rambo at my place within an hour and he was able to get in repaired and working quickly. Pat (and Precision) was amazing! I called to inquire about a new garage door spring, at 8:45 in the morning. They had a technician out here at 9:30 the same day. He just left at 10:45, with the job done excellently! I would highly recommend them. Just call them.

The spring on my garage door broke last night. I searched online for garage door repairmen in my area. Precision Garage Door was first search result. A little after 7am, I went to their website and booked a same day appointment for between 8-10am. By 7:30am, I had received a call from their technician, Pat Stevens. He asked what the problem was, I explained and said he'd be here by 8am. Once we hung up, I received a text from PGD showing his name and picture which was very helpful. He showed up promptly, surveyed the situation, we discussed the options, and he immediately got to work. He was very professional, courteous and did great work! I left him to it and checked in periodically. We had a pleasant conversation throughout and he was great about it. I would recommend both PGD and Pat to anyone needing these kinds of repairs. He even paired an extra garage door opener I couldn't get to work in just minutes! Great job, Pat! Thank you! Keep up the good work, Sir!

We just had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. They installed our garage door opener over 10 years ago. When it failed to work, I called them. They sent a technician out within hours. The technician, Pat Stevens, replaced the tension spring which had cracked in no time. He even reached out to the office and confirmed the part was under warranty with them. We were thrilled to have it up and running again so quickly and just for the cost of labor. Nowadays you dont tend to get something repaired for less than you expected. We chose Precision 10 years ago, because a neighbor told us about their great experience and how they stand by their work. Im so glad we did. They lived up to their reputation.
