A recent thunderstorm with high winds and flying debris ruined our garage door and we couldn't even open it. Precision had installed it new for us about 10 years ago, and we were highly satisfied then, so we called them immediately to see if they could help. Someone came out the same day and determined what we needed and Joshua Abt, their installer, came out a couple days later and installed the new door for us. He did an excellent job, made sure everything worked perfectly before he left, and made sure we were satisfied. We were highly satisfied with him and also the gentleman who came out to inspect the damage and quote us a new door. The price was very fair and we signed immediately. We've used Precision twice and won't hesitate to use them again in the future if the need arises.

Pat gave us a courtesy call first before heading to my house. He arrived on time ,examined the garage door issues, and gave us a various quotes/options. Then, he patiently explained the difference and recommended the best option base on his experience. Then, he finished the job professionally and politely went through the operation process, maintenance, and warranty. Overall, professional & polite. I would look for precision garage door if I have garage door issues.

I called around 2 pm and got a appointment the same day for between 4 and 8 pm. The technician was here around 4:30 pm and did a full inspection of the door. Not just what I called about. He gave me the results of the inspection with 3 options of work to have done. I chose just to have the inside wall mount opener button replaced that was no working at this time. The technicians name was Josh Crudup. He was vary nice, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I was not pressured into haven't more done that I could afford at this time. I will definitely call precision garage door again for any future repairs

I called Precision this morning wanting some maintenance done on my garage doors. They were both squeaky and didn't seem easy to open anymore. Tim Mason came out in about 2hrs. He adjusted my tracks. Replaced wheels. Adjusted springs and more. They work effortlessly now and I couldn't be happier. Will be calling them for all my garage door needs from now on. What a very professional establishment with very professional individuals working for them.

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service to service and address issues I was having with my garage door. The garage door was installed during the time the house was built in 2001. I contacted Precision in 2009 to install a new garage door opener and they identified other minor service items (oiling the springs, etc.,) that needed to be addressed to extend the life of the garage door. This year (June 2025), I managed I managed to knock one of the door opener sensors out of place and was now having problems with lowering the door using the remote. I was able to schedule an appointment to have a service technician right away. Pat Stevens was the service tech who came out to assess the problem. Pat was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The issues I was experiencing were resolved by Pat in minutes. Although there were other age of garage related items I needed to address a year or two from now, I decided to have these items addressed while he was here. I highly recommend Pat Stevens and Precision Garage Door Service for your garage door repairs and garage door opener inspection or installation needs. If you are in need of a new garage door, Precision can assist you with this need as well.

My garage door was not working welland then stopped. I called Precision Garage Door. Appt was easy to schedule. Dalton came on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very good with explanations. As it turns out, the garage door/opener was not installed correctly. While he didnt have all the parts the first time, he came back the following day (a Saturday), worked for hours and essentially did a rebuild with a new garage door opener. The door has never worked as well as it does now. Thanks to Precision & Dalton. I highly recommend them.
