Our garage door was in desperate need of some TLC. The door and opener were installed about 25 years ago but now it wouldn't pass a balance test and we had 2 broken rollers. Stephen Freitas, the tech that came to our rescue, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. When he arrived, he did a complete inspection of the entire system and then went into great detail on what should be done. He replaced everything except the door, torsion bar and tracks. Now it works perfectly and is so much quieter, we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door needs. Thank you Stephen, you're awesome!

Jon arrived early to my house to replace my garage door and opener. Jon told me would take 2 hours. 2 hours later job was completed. Jon had me set up code for the keypad for entry, explained the remotes and the remote attached inside garage. Also gave me a spray can to oil the door every 4 to 6 months and what I needed to do. Everything was cleaned up and left the way it was. Thank you for an easy experience for an unexpected cost. Recommend Precision Door for all your Garage door needs.

My garage door was opening whenever it wanted to. Security of my house and garage was a big concern. I called around for service, but only Precision could come out at 7a.m. the next morning. Brian was professional, timely, and got my new opener and spring installed as expected. He explained it's operation, helped me set up the phone app and showed me how to oil the joints every 6 mos. He even left the spray to do it. I'm very pleased.

Jordan was so friendly and thorough and worked incredibly fast! The price felt high but I needed a complete rebuild and I have no idea what that should cost.
