My spring broke on my garage. I call Precision amd was scheduled for mid afternoon. Got a call from Patrick S. 30 minutes before he was to arrive. Patrick assess the workings of my door and came up woth 3 estimates. Once I agreed to one of the repairs, he went right to work. I'm one of those guys who likes to watch and learn. Patrick had no problem fielding questions while he worked. Very enjoyable and friendly. Door was up and working in about an hour. Glad my door was repaired the same day.

These guys have been here several times over the last 5yrs trying to help me keep a worn-out, old garage door working. On their last visit I asked for a quote on a new door, rails and spindles. The price was very competitive. I ordered the door and hardware that night. A few weeks later Cesar arrived to take out the old and install the new. The door looks beautiful! Cesar shared with us a few details on what he did and why. He also mentioned some simple maintenance tips. Efficient, honest and great communicators. From first contact to text and email reminders about upcoming appointments I cannot praise Precision enough!!

My garage door started having issues closing properly and was going crooked. I scheduled a same day appointment and had an overall great experience. My tech, Stephen Freitas Jr., was very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. He presented me with several options to help me make an informed choice. Part way through the repair he noticed a couple other issues that he was able to resolve. He also kept me updated throughout the whole repair which I very much appreciated. I will definitely be using Precision Garage Door again for any future work!

Beginning with the gentleman who came out to determine what the issue was with my existing door, I felt that he showed me and explained to me what was occurring. He suggested I move my car out of the garage until the door could be replaced. He arranged for the new door to be installed within three days of him being on site. Todays installer, Jon Lyons, texted me ahead of his arrival. He was supposed to arrive by 8 AM and was here exactly at 8 AM. Jon was a one-man show. He removed my existing double garage door. It was a four panel door, and the top panel had become bent. As he lifted that panel up onto his truck, it bent in half and showered him with glass. He immediately cleaned up all of the glass. Jon completed the job in a little less than 3 1/2 hours. The job entailed removing the double garage door and all of the brackets and hardware, the garage door opener and a numeric keypad on the outside. He replaced all of those items, as well as new molding around the outside of the door. After the install was completed, he instructed me on maintenance of the door, provided me with two remotes, programmed the outside numeric keypad, and provided me with all service numbers should there be an issue in the future. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, friendliness, prompt service, and warranty of product .

Stephen Freitas, Jr. was prompt, knowledgeable, personable and respectful. He thoroughly inspected the door, offered several options for repair and explained each with clarity. The repair was done quickly and with great care. Stephen walked us through what he had done and how to maintain it. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen and Precision to anyone.
