Tech Dylan did a great job diagnosing the problems with my garage door, and explaining my options. He made a repair, solved the problems, and the door operates better than it did before it needed repair. The cost was very reasonableactually far less than I was expecting, and the door works great now. Work was done quickly, and Dylan did a great job of explaining everything that was going on.

Excellent experience. Shawn was prompt knowledgeable and very friendly. Was a pleasure to work with him. He made an anxious time very easy. Terrance Smith installed our door today. Extremely satisfied with his skill and hard work. He made our garage look better than new. It was a pleasure to speak with him and do business with Precision Door. Thanks Terrance. Well done. Follow update: Was told the job would be completed by the end of the weekweatherstripping/molding installed to finish the job. Tech never showed up. Emailed company and Megan responded by saying she didnt know but would contact tech. No response. I know it is not top priority but some communication would make me feel not forgotten.

Woke up to a garage door that wouldn't open. Called Precision and they had a tech out within 2 hrs. Dillan Smith called with his arrival time and was a complete professional and friendly throughout the repair. He was very thorough with his inspection and gained my trust with his recommendations to replace the springs and other equipment that was due for maintenance. I was really happy with the experience and highly recommend Precision

Fast, friendly, and courteous. Got a completely new door and all hardware installed. The sales representative was here same day as ours completely failed. Our garage door was in desperate need of some TLC. The door and opener were installed about 25 years ago but now it wouldn't pass a balance test and we had 2 broken rollers. Stephen Freitas, the tech that came to our rescue, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. When he arrived, he did a complete inspection of the entire system and then went into great detail on what should be done. He replaced everything except the door, torsion bar and tracks. Now it works perfectly and is so much quieter, we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door needs. Thank you Stephen, you're awesome!

Shawn was on time, early actually, was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, assessed the issue and quoted me a price to complete the repair. He offered helpful suggestions on my equipment but was not pushy on trying to upsell me. Jon arrived early to my house to replace my garage door and opener. Jon told me would take 2 hours. 2 hours later job was completed. Jon had me set up code for the keypad for entry, explained the remotes and the remote attached inside garage. Also gave me a spray can to oil the door every 4 to 6 months and what I needed to do. Everything was cleaned up and left the way it was. Thank you for an easy experience for an unexpected cost. Recommend Precision Door for all your Garage door needs.
