I cant say enough about the professionalism of Stephen Freitas from Precision Garage Door. Stephen took the time to explain everything and before he left made sure we understood everything we needed to know about our door repair and new opener. My wife and I agreed that by far, Stephen is the most pleasant and professional technician we have EVER contracted. I would very highly recommend Stephen and Precision Door for anything related to your garage door. Also, Precision Door was at our home within a couple hours of our request for service. In our opinion, Precision Door is the benchmark for anything related to your garage door, opener, etc. Stephen.you are the best!

Very professional. I was able to schedule the first appointment the same day. Unfortunately the tech needed to come back 2 days later to adjust the garage door closing. It was slamming shut. But it was done. Perhaps a tad pricey. Service was very good and the techs were able to answer all my questions.

Our garage door spring snapped this AM. Was referred to precision by a family member. They had a very fast response time. Great communication regarding expected time frame with good follow through. Additionally had very positive experience with our technician, Shawn. Shawn was very knowledgeable and friendly, I appreciated his thorough inspection of our unit outside of just the spring itself and informative responses to questions. I appreciated him taking the time to talk through a step wise upgrade plan for our garage. Shawn was fast and had quality work, would definitely use Precision again if needed.

Ivan M. and Steve F. came and installed the new door without any issues at all. They were professional, patient and extremely efficient. Ive never had problems with a garage door before, so I had no idea what to expect when we had to arrange to have ours fixed. It wasnt opening properly, closing was also an issuedefinitely something was up. Jason from Precision Garage door came out to assess the problem (bad bearings, broken cableslots of stuff needed to be addressed). He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issues, and now our door works as good as new. We like the 5 year warranty, too! Jason was efficient, explained everything in detail, and was done more quickly than expected. Hopefully we wont have any more issues for at LEAST 5 years, but if we do, well contact Precision again, for sure.
