Scheduling was easy using their online tool. I received regular communications via email and text, and even received my technicians picture and location before he arrived. My technician, Steve Wells, was friendly, understanding, and finished the repair in about 30 mins. Thanks, Steve! The repair was pricier than I expected, which is the only reason for the four stars as opposed to 5.

I had an older door that popped off the tracks the day before we were supposed to leave on vacation. Mark Kucel was able to come out within an hour of calling. He pointed out the potential causes and damage. Unfortunately the door was beyond a quick fix, so a new door was suggested. Knowing of my vacation, Mark and his manager were able to secure an appointment for a new install first thing the next morning. Caesar Velasquez arrived on time to install the next day. He was friendly, polite and did good work with the new door install. He took the time to show how to maintain and lubricate everything when he was finished. Happy with the new door as it is much smoother and quieter. Prices seem a little high, but Precisions service and attentiveness was great.

Precision replaced my doors in the smoothest quickest process imaginable. A couple weeks later I realized I should have had the keypads done as well and called yesterday. Brian arrived at 7 this morning and it is now done and dusted. Literally the most efficient company and technicians. Thank you

Excellent service. It was very easy to set up an appointment. No waiting, they arrive as quickly as you need them. Jeff arrived on time & he was very professional. After we explained to Jeff what problems we were experiencing he looked both the garage door & opener over very carefully to determine the problem. Once identified Jeff gave us solution options, we picked the one best for us & Jeff did the work immediately. We would definitely call Precision Garage Door again & ask for Jeff.

I cant say enough about the professionalism of Stephen Freitas from Precision Garage Door. Stephen took the time to explain everything and before he left made sure we understood everything we needed to know about our door repair and new opener. My wife and I agreed that by far, Stephen is the most pleasant and professional technician we have EVER contracted. I would very highly recommend Stephen and Precision Door for anything related to your garage door. Also, Precision Door was at our home within a couple hours of our request for service. In our opinion, Precision Door is the benchmark for anything related to your garage door, opener, etc. Stephen.you are the best!

Very professional. I was able to schedule the first appointment the same day. Unfortunately the tech needed to come back 2 days later to adjust the garage door closing. It was slamming shut. But it was done. Perhaps a tad pricey. Service was very good and the techs were able to answer all my questions.

Had an unexpected garage door spring failure on a Sunday. Jeff Gariepy came by within a couple of hours of notifying them and repaired the spring and other hardware with great craftsmanship, tremendous speed, and friendly service. great job.
