Our automatic garage door was opening very slowly. Eventually, we realized that one of the two tension springs was broken. We called Precision late in the afternoon, and they came out the very next morning. Joseph was the technician. He explained exactly what needed to be done. And through an inspection determined a few minor issues that would likely be addressed. We agreed to the entire repair, and he took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. Upon completion, Joseph showed us everything that he did, cleaned up - and asked if we had any further questions. We are very happy with the job and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door needs!

Amazing experience! I called in the morning to have my torsion spring replaced; I did not expect a same day appointment but 2 hours later, Jordan W. arrived. He fixed the issue and made a couple of other suggestions, and the work was complete within the hour. The process from start to finish was quick and effortless, and all employees (Amanda and Jordan) were friendly and courteous.
