This company is not trustworthy. Our garage spring broke. The repair cost was ridiculous. Wanted to replace everything and it was unnecessary. Just trying to scam us. When we decided to not accept the service guy got rude with me an and said we wouldnt find a repair cheaper. We did the next day. Paid 400$ opposite of there 1600$ estimate. Beware of this company

This was my first experience with Precision and I was very pleasantly surprised. They came out the same day I called accommodated my schedule. My tech Brad called 20 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he did a complete inspection of my door and opener and walked me through everything. In the end he came up with a couple of repair options and discussed each. No hard sale or up sale just honest discussion. I was expecting to have to set up an additional repair appointment but he was able to do it right away. All in all GREAT service at a reasonable price I couldnt be happier. I came home from work and could not open the garage door. Called Precision and they were here in a half hour. Mark pulled open the door and knew right away what part of the problem was. After explaining our three alternatives and showing us the problems he rebuilt the door in less than 2 hours. He was so nice. He even offered to say a prayer for our dog who was sick. Our automatic garage door was opening very slowly. Eventually, we realized that one of the two tension springs was broken. We called Precision late in the afternoon, and they came out the very next morning. Joseph was the technician. He explained exactly what needed to be done. And through an inspection determined a few minor issues that would likely be addressed. We agreed to the entire repair, and he took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. Upon completion, Joseph showed us everything that he did, cleaned up - and asked if we had any further questions. We are very happy with the job and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door needs!

Amazing experience! I called in the morning to have my torsion spring replaced; I did not expect a same day appointment but 2 hours later, Jordan W. arrived. He fixed the issue and made a couple of other suggestions, and the work was complete within the hour. The process from start to finish was quick and effortless, and all employees (Amanda and Jordan) were friendly and courteous.
