Our garage door spring broke at 10:30 PM on a Friday night. Service was ordered and the technician, Brad Rambo, was scheduled and came early the next morning. He was knowledgeable, and skilled in his job. We are pleased with his professionalism and were able to remove our cars from the garage and go on with our day. Thank you Brad and Precision.

Normally, I Do not take the time to leave reviews . I just have to say precision lives up to their name. My garage door wouldnt close Late last night. the next morning. Someone was out here fixing it and did a great job. Very quick and my tech Steve was very nice. Very polite. I recommend Precision Doors 100%.

They did a great job replacing our garage door. Jeff came out in no time at all to give me a quote. He was fair, honest and knowledgeable. Steve Franklin was out within the week to do our installation. It only took him a few hours and then he showed us how to maintain it. We decided to go from an old non-insulated to an insulated one. I can't believe the difference it made to the look of our home and the feel of our garage!

Garage door repair was done correctly. But in doing it the technician knocked my $400 Bose speaker off tbe wall and broke it. Did not tell me, only saw what happened after I looked at the video from my security camera after turning my stereo on and it didn't work.

Extremely fast and professional service. Called on a Saturday late morning (and on Memorial Day Weekend) and they were out within hours and fixed our problem. Great explanation of different options and completed the work within hours of arrival. Fixed our broken door, updated our second door and added a new opener. Jeff G was amazing and very professional. Installation went great! Ivan was kind and efficient. He was tolerant of my 3 boys that wanted to know what he was doing. He gave me all the information I needed to care for the door and utilize the key pad. Precision door was fantastic and I will call them, as well as recommend them to my friends & family!
