Eric Heckroth from Precision Garage Door was professional, courteous and worked quickly to restore operation; he not only replaced a broken spring, brackets and rollers, he also adjusted the whole system and recalibrated the door opener. Turned out it was the manufacturers issue and they need to come up with resolution for Precision Door to correct. I have already told several people about Precision Door.
