Precision and especially technician Jordan did an exceptional job repairing my garage door. They responded quickly and Jordan was pleasant, honest and efficient with the initial estimate and work as I was concerned that the door would need to be replaced. Jordan explained that the door could be saved and why. I would highly recommend Precision and Jordan for any of your garage door needs!

Cesar Velasquez installed our new garage door and he did a great job. Communication with this company was great. They send a picture of the person coming. Cesar communicated that he would be early rather than just showing up which was nice. He went above and beyond while installing our garage door. We may have paid more than other places, but this company is worth a little extra for the quality of product and professionalism of the company.

Ceased Velasquez executed a well job of what I needed. He was able to repair/ install the proper equipment for my garage to be functional again. He went above and beyond making sure I under the upgrades and all the features that came with the new garage.

Stephen Freitas, Jr. - was on time, nice guy, new the problem and tried several times to resolve. Turned out it was the manufacturers issue and they need to come up with resolution for Precision Door to correct. I have already told several people about Precision Door. Wish they did more home improvements than just garage doors. Great company and field techs.
