Tech Josh Crudup was my tech, and he did a super job. He repaired damage door and springs Then installed a new door opener unit. He worked nonstop until job was done. The next morning Sunday wall unit was inop. I left a message and Monday he came found a pinched wire which he fixed quickly. Give this dedicated man a nice Review and raise too! Turned out it was the manufacturers issue and they need to come up with resolution for Precision Door to correct. I have already told several people about Precision Door.
