His communication skills were excellent. Made great eye contact and explained everything in terms we understood. Our door closes now. The entire process from beginning to end was very easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this company for service.

I will never use or recommend this company ever again. Extremely over priced for what service was needed. Unfortunately for me I was in a position in which I had no choice, and I feel that played a part in the price for my service. I had one spring break on my door. It cost me over $700.00. I was told I had to replace both springs and the bearings as well. Pretty steep price for a 2 hour job.

Tech Josh Crudup was my tech, and he did a super job. He repaired damage door and springs Then installed a new door opener unit. He worked nonstop until job was done. The next morning Sunday wall unit was inop. I left a message and Monday he came found a pinched wire which he fixed quickly. Give this dedicated man a nice Review and raise too! Mark Kucel, Field Manager, and his assistant needed to install a complete new system. I appreciated the fact they said I could use the old motor, as it was still working, but I chose to replace the entire system. I am very pleased with the new system and their workmanship. I would highly recommend this company and their staff. P.S. They explained what maintenance I had to do in the future.
