They did a great job replacing our garage door. Jeff came out in no time at all to give me a quote. He was fair, honest and knowledgeable. Steve Franklin was out within the week to do our installation. It only took him a few hours and then he showed us how to maintain it. We decided to go from an old non-insulated to an insulated one. I can't believe the difference it made to the look of our home and the feel of our garage!

Garage door repair was done correctly. But in doing it the technician knocked my $400 Bose speaker off tbe wall and broke it. Did not tell me, only saw what happened after I looked at the video from my security camera after turning my stereo on and it didn't work.

I call Precision to replace my Keypad to my garage door. The service tech, Steve was outstanding during the entire process. He also replaced my light bulbs and fixed my remote on my car to open the garage. Best service call I ever had. Thank you, Steve and Precision.

Extremely fast and professional service. Called on a Saturday late morning (and on Memorial Day Weekend) and they were out within hours and fixed our problem. Great explanation of different options and completed the work within hours of arrival. Fixed our broken door, updated our second door and added a new opener. Jeff G was amazing and very professional. Jeff called in advance of arrival to ensure that we were home and ready to have our door fixed. Less than 20 minutes after arrival, the door was working properly and much quieter than before he started. He listened to our complaints and repaired quickly. We highly recommend Jeff and the whole Precision Overhead Door team when you need a repair or replacement of your garage door.

Stephen Freitas (technician) was excellent! Our remote opener and outside keypad were not working. He diagnosed the problem and suggested 3 options I could I could choose from. After choosing, Stephen made the installation, explained how everything worked and even re-programmed our cars to the new opener. Some surveys ask "would you hire this individual?). If I owned a business, I would hire Stephen in a heartbeat! he was excellent!

Tech Dylan did a great job diagnosing the problems with my garage door, and explaining my options. He made a repair, solved the problems, and the door operates better than it did before it needed repair. The cost was very reasonableactually far less than I was expecting, and the door works great now. Work was done quickly, and Dylan did a great job of explaining everything that was going on.

Excellent experience. Shawn was prompt knowledgeable and very friendly. Was a pleasure to work with him. He made an anxious time very easy. Terrance Smith installed our door today. Extremely satisfied with his skill and hard work. He made our garage look better than new. It was a pleasure to speak with him and do business with Precision Door. Thanks Terrance. Well done. Follow update: Was told the job would be completed by the end of the weekweatherstripping/molding installed to finish the job. Tech never showed up. Emailed company and Megan responded by saying she didnt know but would contact tech. No response. I know it is not top priority but some communication would make me feel not forgotten.
