Stephen Freitas (technician) was excellent! Our remote opener and outside keypad were not working. He diagnosed the problem and suggested 3 options I could I could choose from. After choosing, Stephen made the installation, explained how everything worked and even re-programmed our cars to the new opener. Some surveys ask "would you hire this individual?). If I owned a business, I would hire Stephen in a heartbeat! he was excellent!

Tech Dylan did a great job diagnosing the problems with my garage door, and explaining my options. He made a repair, solved the problems, and the door operates better than it did before it needed repair. The cost was very reasonableactually far less than I was expecting, and the door works great now. Work was done quickly, and Dylan did a great job of explaining everything that was going on.

Excellent experience. Shawn was prompt knowledgeable and very friendly. Was a pleasure to work with him. He made an anxious time very easy. Terrance Smith installed our door today. Extremely satisfied with his skill and hard work. He made our garage look better than new. It was a pleasure to speak with him and do business with Precision Door. Thanks Terrance. Well done. Follow update: Was told the job would be completed by the end of the weekweatherstripping/molding installed to finish the job. Tech never showed up. Emailed company and Megan responded by saying she didnt know but would contact tech. No response. I know it is not top priority but some communication would make me feel not forgotten.

Woke up to a garage door that wouldn't open. Called Precision and they had a tech out within 2 hrs. Dillan Smith called with his arrival time and was a complete professional and friendly throughout the repair. He was very thorough with his inspection and gained my trust with his recommendations to replace the springs and other equipment that was due for maintenance. I was really happy with the experience and highly recommend Precision

He explained everything clearly throughout the process, which put me at ease. Beyond the repair itself, Stephen went above and beyond by providing valuable tips and how to properly maintain my garage door to prevent future issues. Fast, friendly, and courteous. Got a completely new door and all hardware installed. The sales representative was here same day as ours completely failed. Took his time to discuss all our options, styles, etc. Install day, Cesar and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Our garage door was in desperate need of some TLC. The door and opener were installed about 25 years ago but now it wouldn't pass a balance test and we had 2 broken rollers. Stephen Freitas, the tech that came to our rescue, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. When he arrived, he did a complete inspection of the entire system and then went into great detail on what should be done. He replaced everything except the door, torsion bar and tracks. Now it works perfectly and is so much quieter, we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door needs. Thank you Stephen, you're awesome!

Shawn was on time, early actually, was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, assessed the issue and quoted me a price to complete the repair. He offered helpful suggestions on my equipment but was not pushy on trying to upsell me. I appreciated his honesty and insights to make informed decisions based on info and not pressure to buy an upsell. Shawn was great and I will call Precision for any future garage door needs.

Jeff called in advance of arrival to ensure that we were home and ready to have our door fixed. Less than 20 minutes after arrival, the door was working properly and much quieter than before he started. He listened to our complaints and repaired quickly. We highly recommend Jeff and the whole Precision Overhead Door team when you need a repair or replacement of your garage door.
