My technician, Steve Wells, was friendly, understanding, and finished the repair in about 30 mins. Thanks, Steve! The repair was pricier than I expected, which is the only reason for the four stars as opposed to 5.

I had an older door that popped off the tracks the day before we were supposed to leave on vacation. Mark Kucel was able to come out within an hour of calling. He pointed out the potential causes and damage. Unfortunately the door was beyond a quick fix, so a new door was suggested. Knowing of my vacation, Mark and his manager were able to secure an appointment for a new install first thing the next morning. Caesar Velasquez arrived on time to install the next day. He was friendly, polite and did good work with the new door install. He took the time to show how to maintain and lubricate everything when he was finished. Happy with the new door as it is much smoother and quieter. Prices seem a little high, but Precisions service and attentiveness was great.
