I was so impressed from the moment the scheduler answered the phone at Precision Garage Door. Since it was early evening when I called, she scheduled my appointment for the next morning. Brian Ciminelli, the tech who arrived was polite and really knows a lot about garage door systems. He got to work right away and had everything working again in less than 2 hours. Michael Jones from Precision Door Service installed a Liftmaster garage door opener for us and did an excellent job. He was very personable and friendly and shared information regarding cost of everything and what was involved in the installation process. His work ethic is wonderful. We were also interested in new garage doors and told him it would be APRIL or so when we would do the install. Mike let us know that it takes 6-8 weeks to get the doors so call in February or early March. It goes without saying that he is knowledgeable about the products and cares about customer service.

Jeff Blehm came to my home on the same day I called to make an appointment. He review work done by another company and quickly understood the issue (garage door as not balanced, shredding one cable). Jeff made it a quick repair (replaced cable, tightened / balanced the springs, explained the services he was performing and how they would help), and then went the extra mile to install a new bottom seal, lubricated all hinges and automatic door opener track, and provided proactive maintenance advice to extend the life of my current door assembly. I appreciate friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

Pleased with the response and service provided. Beginning with an emergency repair late afternoon on 7/29 to the new door installation on 8/4. The Technicians on both days were professional, installing beginning their work and providing information about what they were doing and answering any questions. I will highly recommended Precision Door. 4/16/24 - My garage door wasn't closing. Precision responding within two hours and remedied the situation. High marks for Precision and their technicial Mark.
