First of all I appreciate the communication exchange that I had with Michael before he arrived to my residence. His positive energy and the adroitness that he displayed as he diagnosed and explained the issues that I was experiencing made my home repair visit very pleasant. In addition to the aforementioned, I was pleased with the timing of the repair, but more importantly Michaels patience with me. I truly appreciated Michael being the repairman on duty that we were able to have the pleasure of orbiting in our atmosphere today.

He proceeded to patiently explain the issues I was experiencing with my door, along with options to remedy them. Absolutely perfect installation. Terrance Smith did an excellent, thorough job installing my two new garage doors. He was courteous, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him and Precision. On 3/5/25 Needed a sensor replaced and rewired. Jordan was courteous, efficient and friendly. Quick repair and back in business in no time.
