From the initial call everything went smoothly. The technican, Brad Rambo arrived same day I called about the light in my door opener. And general evaluation of my 2 garage doors. He explained and showed me the issues he found. All was agreed to and he completed the service same day. Brad is friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable on all things garage doors. Very satisfied!

Excellent! Not only was Precision Door efficient and responsive to our garage door emergency on Saturday, 12/28/2024, days after Christmas when most others were short of staff and no appts available- we were pleasantly surprised with the service provided. The BEST, Experienced tech,Jeff Blehm, called to confirm he was on the way- arrived 15 minutes later and evaluated a broken spring and other details. He repaired and updated the aged wheels and confirmed the smooth operating door and garage door opener too! Thank You Jeff Blehm & Precision Garage Door

Amazing experience! I called in the morning to have my torsion spring replaced; I did not expect a same day appointment but 2 hours later, Jordan W. arrived. He fixed the issue and made a couple of other suggestions, and the work was complete within the hour. The process from start to finish was quick and effortless, and all employees (Amanda and Jordan) were friendly and courteous. Replacing my garage door is on my future home improvement list and I will definitely be calling Precision Garage.

I couldnt have had a better experience than the one I just had with Jeff G and Precision. When my garage door spring broke, rendering the door inoperable, they came right out and Jeff did a great job of repairing it quickly and recommending some part updates to avoid future problems. I've used Precision Garage Door at least 4 times. They're always fast, efficient, affordable and nice to work with. I always get a text and email from them telling me which technician is coming (including a picture) and when to expect them. They have arrived on time every time. Very impressed with Precision and I will not use anyone else for my garage door needs.

The technician (Dylan) came as forecast and found the cause (cracked motor mount) of my 30-year-old garage door opener. The only solution was a new one. Dylan walked me thru the various choices of cost and features for the replacement. I chose one which happened to be one of the several models in his van. In a little over two hours the new opener was up and running. It was a pleasure to work with a cordial and competent individual.
