From the service appointment to the installation, the team from Precision Garage Door was excellent. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. They provided high quality products and installation. The whole process was only 1 week, which was a plus since our garage door wouldn't close. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with the Precision Garage Door sales technicians (Steve Wells and Eric Hathaway) that came out to look at my garage door. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I was very happy with them. Looking forward to my new garage door when they install it next week. Update: Got the new Garage Door installed and door opener and love it. The installer Eric M did a great job. Was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We love our new garage door.

If you want a professional to come to your home and conduct themselves as such, then youd be hard pressed to do better than Stephen Freitas and Precision Garage Door. That said, after reflecting on what I paid vs the cost of the opener and garage door parts, I cant justify the difference. The technician worked hard and did a first class job. If I had it to do over, I would have shopped around to compare costs.

The company was very professional from the start. They came out on a Sunday evening for an emergency. Then returned in a couple of days to replace my old garage door. Both installers Cesar and Eric were great and explained everything from start to finish. If you are looking for a new garage door or any other work, give them a call. Thanks Precision

The weather stripping was coming off our garage door and the sensors were off. Our technician, Mike, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about what needed to be repaired. He completed the repairs efficiently and to our needs. He even took the time to educate us on the future concerns we might encounter down the line with our doors.
