This was the second time I had Precision out to repair my garage door. First time I had them install quite rollers. This time was for a broken spring. Josh called and said he was on his way, he was awesome, quick and efficient. Took time to do a good inspection and let me know if I needed anything else. He was very personable and friendly. I wish I would have purchased my door originally from precision. They have been awesome.

Our technician, Dalton, notified us of his projected arrival time. He did a full inspection of our 12 yr. old garage door and opener mechanism, diagnosed the specific problem, and what was needed to fix it. He provided some additional maintenance recommendations for consideration to head off any potential future problems with the door and opener. There was no pressure to select any particular solution. He fully explained what was involved with each option & the costs. We chose to fix the immediate problem today but will have Precision back in a few weeks to do the additional preventative maintenance. Very pleased with the experience.

One of our garage door springs broke, so I looked for a local garage door repair company that had a user friendly website to view their services & possibly schedule the repair. With Precision, not only was I able to schedule it online, but it showed the appointments available to choose from, including one in less than an hour out. Once Patrick S. was finished at his prior appointment, he called to confirm what the issue was & let me know when to expect him. He arrived promptly & told me that he would inspect the whole door to determine if the spring broke due to another issue, rather than old age. Upon review, he said that I could save some money in the long run by replacing our old door system, but that he could make ours safe to run again. This was not a hard sale, just informative & helpful, as we do plan to replace it in the next year or so. Once approved, he handily replaced the worn cables & both springs, because if this one just broke, the other is not far behind. After the repairs, Patrick made sure to calibrate my opener & test the door, which worked better & quieter than it did before. We truly appreciate the quick, professional, & respectful service provided by Patrick & Precision!

If you want a professional to come to your home and conduct themselves as such, then youd be hard pressed to do better than Stephen Freitas and Precision Garage Door. That said, after reflecting on what I paid vs the cost of the opener and garage door parts, I cant justify the difference. The technician worked hard and did a first class job. If I had it to do over, I would have shopped around to compare costs.
