Called Precision to replace a broken spring on a Sunday. Technician Pat was prompt and professional. Gave me a thorough inspection of my door, asked about my maintenance, and went over everything in the quote. My springs were 10 years old, but all other parts 22 years old. After reviewing suspect components, I chose to have a door rebuild with a five year warranty. The door functions smooth and quiet again. Its amazing how things get old and noisy and you dont realize until it breaks. Thanks Pat / Precision Door!

Excellent service. It was very easy to set up an appointment. No waiting, they arrive as quickly as you need them. Jeff arrived on time & he was very professional. After we explained to Jeff what problems we were experiencing he looked both the garage door & opener over very carefully to determine the problem. Once identified Jeff gave us solution options, we picked the one best for us & Jeff did the work immediately. We would definitely call Precision Garage Door again & ask for Jeff.

They are better than expected. I made the call for planning purposes, but they were so prompt that form initial call to completed job took about 3 hours. I thought I wanted an opener to assist me with the struggle of lifting the door, but I just needed the rollers and spring rebuild and now my door works better than when it was new. Great experience! The technician is Pat Stevens and he was great. Respectful, clear about my options and very fast. He offered maintenance advice and where to get my warranty. He asked if I was happy with the results and if there was anything else I wanted.

My original garage doors have held up exceptionally over the past 10 years. There was a motor issue once - and Precision was there to fix it, without hassle / cost. Nearly a decade after my purchase, a spring broke. The labor & material replaced was once again hassle free. Pat Stevens even went a step further replacing cables and bearings as a precautionary step. Which was all part of the great Warranty that Precision included at time of purchase. This Team always delivers. Appreciate their Field Guys. Always professional and helpful. I recommend this Team.

I called Precision garage door of southeast Michigan because the spring of the garage door broke .That was Saturday though they can do it on the weekend I made the appointment on Monday morning . The technician came on time inspected the. door then explain to me what is to be done and the cost . I agreed. and he finished it in no time ..He showed me how the door worked . I cant believe it worked like brand new .For sure I will recommend Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan to my relatives and friends .
