I called precision garage last night, garage door would not open. I was trapped inside my house. Car was in garage. They were out this morning at 7:30 to repair door. Took less than two hours. Very satisfied. Mark Kucel was friendly, honest and professional. Offered me many options for repairs.

Prompt arrival .Technician was able to diagnose and repair problems with no pressure to buy or upgrade anything. Work order was completed and to my complete satisfaction. Technician was as also very polite and took the time to explain the issue and offer tips to extend door and opener life.

The tech, Jaime, arrived on time and immediately set to work installing new garage door and opener with key pad. He was very polite and worked quickly. After everything was installed..he explained how to operate the new equipment and programmed my key pads for me. He also showed me how to maintain the garage door with silicon spray. He cleaned up all debris and left everything spotless. He asked if I had any questions before he left and made sure I was satisfied. Very happy with the whole process of getting all new equipment. The 1st sales rep, Jeff , was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about ordering my door and openers. I highly recommend Precision for all garage door issues.

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday, I called Precision Garage Door and they had someone out at 7am Monday morning. Patrick Stevens was great, showed up right on time, diagnosed the issues and gave me a fair estimate. Work was completed quickly, and he even swept up the garage and cleaned up the cobwebs around the door! Highly recommend!

We called today and were given a same day appointment, our technician Brad R. Came out and got us a new garage door opener all set up and installed within a couple hours. I was very impressed with Precision Garage Doors responsiveness. I called this morning at 7:00am because one of my springs broke and the door could not open. Someone was at my house in less than 2 hours. Eric was my technician and he was outstanding. He was very profession, personable, and also helped fix my other garage door at no extra charge. I highly recommend this business and Eric specifically. Update: I started having another garage door issue and was lucky enough to get Eric again. I hope I dont have any more issues in the future but if I do- I will be calling Precision Garage Door again and will ask for Eric. Thanks again!

My garage door wouldnt shut last night so I booked an appointment early this morning and was able to have someone come out at 10:30am! Steve arrived on time and explained the issue and presented me with two different options for repair. He was very friendly and completed the repair, helped me get my new key code and app setup and was on his way. Highly recommend Precision!

Great customer service hands down! Brad Rambo was my technician and he was the absolute best! I called to schedule an appointment and he was able to come out the same day. He truly was an expert and told me everything that was needed. He was able to repair my garage door and install a lock for it during the visit. It didn't take long at all. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely refer them to all my friends.
