I found Steve Wells to be professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He gave lots of information. I was also given options and additional information should we choose to replace the garage door completely. I felt confident in his knowledge. The garage door was fixed in a timely fashion, but we know itll have to be replaced down the line. David already has all the specs for the eventual replacement. Great job Steve!

Dylan came out to repair our garage door within a few hours of calling the company, and he was very kind and knowledgeable. We needed a new keypad and remote, and he was able to install them easily, while also giving us a diagnosis of our garage door. I highly recommend!

Scheduling was easy using their online tool. I received regular communications via email and text, and even received my technicians picture and location before he arrived. My technician, Steve Wells, was friendly, understanding, and finished the repair in about 30 mins. Thanks, Steve! The repair was pricier than I expected, which is the only reason for the four stars as opposed to 5.

Pat Stevens was very informative on the condition of my garage door & Opener prior to the service and after the service was completed. Arrive promptly and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. When he was finished he provided some insight on maintaining the door, the hinges, the opener and was very easy to understand and talk with. Great service tech and very personable.

He explained the job and explained that he had to go back to the shop to get some parts because we ended up going with some additional services that we had not planned for and he made everything run smoothly. the garage cant even tell when its running. It runs so smoothly and quietly, he is phenomenal.

I had an older door that popped off the tracks the day before we were supposed to leave on vacation. Mark Kucel was able to come out within an hour of calling. He pointed out the potential causes and damage. Unfortunately the door was beyond a quick fix, so a new door was suggested. Knowing of my vacation, Mark and his manager were able to secure an appointment for a new install first thing the next morning. Caesar Velasquez arrived on time to install the next day. He was friendly, polite and did good work with the new door install. He took the time to show how to maintain and lubricate everything when he was finished. Happy with the new door as it is much smoother and quieter. Prices seem a little high, but Precisions service and attentiveness was great.

Jeff showed up on time , the door didnt make the same noises that it has made for in the past , but with his experience he knew what I was as talking about he made some adjustments to the hinges and it worked much better with less noise. Excellent service from all at Precision Garage Door. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Garage door or garage door opener.

Dalton Rhodes actually came out to check on the condition of our garage door. After doing our homework, we choose Precision for our new garage door. Please see review on Angie. Shawn Durecka? my technician was OUTSTANDING! Shawn was very knowledgeable, very professional and very personable. He arrived prior to my window, listened to what I felt happened to the garage door and diagnosed the issue. He installed a new garage door opener, repeatedly tested it and finished up in a little over than an hour. Excellent service from the office to the Technician!
