Jeff was great. He called to ask if he could come early and it worked out perfect! He inspected and explained the issue of the door. Gave an honest overview of the problem and explained the repair. The door is sooooo quiet now. Jeff took the time to show me how and when to do easy maintenance and explained the warranty. Great service. Great communication from start to finish!!0

This place has quite the scam going on. One guy comes out early gives you some exorbitant price for repair. You say that wont work for you. The next guy comes out closer to you appointment wants to look at the problem. You tell him someone has already given you a price and you are not interested. He acts confused. Do not use this company!!

My garage door springs broke on me two days ago. I reached out to precision garage doors. They respond right away and sent that technician out the very next day. He came in, looked over everything and gave me the best possible for my action that we should take which I think was very helpful. He talked me through everything that he was about to do and what I can expect after he get finished I was very much With the work that he did and look forward to working with him again to install a new motor, but he was very professional. I normally do not give 5 star reviews as a person in the service industry I believe there is always room to improve. However, I am unable find any fault with Precision's process. I was informed garage door mechanisms need maintenance aside from lubricating moving parts. I got two quotes for the work and selected Precision for the work. The tech arrived early but I was notified via text and email. Erik was efficient, polite, and informative. I will be having them back in the fall to replace panel rollers. Definitely recommend Precision

Jeff Blehm was at my house an hour early which was great because I didn't have to worry if he was going to show at all. From our initial phone call with Percision Garage Door, we knew they were different than the rest. They answered the phone and scheduled our service for the next day, a Saturday, right then. On Saturday morning, Eric Heckroth our technician texted, that he was on his way, & came out early. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable and explained, in detail what was replaced and why. We had a full rebuild, 2 Powder-Coated Torsion Springs, Center, Left & Right End Bearing, Precision Green Rollers, Left & Right 10, Torsion Cable 7,Vertical Track 7. All our needs were met From the Receptionist to Eric they are very customer service oriented!

Door went at the worst time on a Sunday in the coldest part of winter. Service call came in the early evening and ultimately we needed a new door and system. The technician was awesome and an insulated door was the best decision we could have made.
