Mark was very knowledgeable and courteous in addressing the problem with our garage door opener and remote. His inspection of the whole system was thorough assuring me that everything was in good working condition. Our opener is 11 years old and doesn't show any signs of wear. Remote needed to be reprogrammed. Precision garage door are the professionals we turn to!

We had a new garage door installed today by Josh Abt from Precision Garage Door. I was completely impressed with the job he and his helper did. They showed up on time and did a great job installing the new door. He corrected some mistakes the previous installer of the old door made and now it works perfectly. Josh was very thorough, the door itself is a much better door design than the old one. He showed us how to maintain it and explained the few improvements he made. He and his helper were very polite, got right down to business and had the job completed in 2 to 3 hours. I cant say enough positive things about Precision Garage Door and their installers! Top notch job. If you want the best, go to the best! Precision Garage Door Service! I'd add a video of the new door if yelp allowed me to but I don't see where I can.

My installer, Anthony DeJesus, called to ask if he could arrive early. He estimated it would take 3 - 4 hours to install the new door and opener. It was completed in 3 hours. He showed me how to maintain the garage door pins and hinges. Anthony then made sure the work area was cleaned up. I am very happy with the new door and pleased with the service I received from Precision Garage Door.

This is my second five star review for Precision Garage Door! The first was for the initial appointment with Jeff to get the door installed. Stephen installed my new garage door with the garage door opener and keypad! Stephen was able to start the job early did an excellent job on the install! The garage was clean with no debris left over. He took the old garage door and opener away. He showed me how to use my new door and programmed the key pad too! Stephen was professional and very kind. My Mom said will be getting her garage door from Precision Garage Door!

Jeff was excellent. He called and informed me he was on his way. When he got to my home he introduced himself and I told him about what was going on with my garage door. He looked everything over and inspected everything. I need a new garage door, but they have affordable pricing and quick turn around time. On my initial call to the company they had quick appointment times and they sent me my appointment information by text and email. The receptionist was great too! They'll be coming out soon to put my door on!

From the first contract with precision it was a good start, making the appointment and getting service out for an estimate was great fast appointment. My appointment was for 8 A.M. and my service person was Jordan Wallace and he was here at 8 A.M. I was impressed and my installation of my 2 garage door openers was fast and efficient. So grateful for Precision Garage Door! Called late at night and had a tech at my home by 8:30am on a Sunday. Great communication from the company as well as the tech. The tech that completed the work, Jason, was fantastic and friendly. He assessed the situation and provided three options for repair prior to starting the work. Within 30 minutes the work was completed (two broken springs replaced)! Preston Garage Door helped ease a very frustrating situation for me.

Door went at the worst time on a Sunday in the coldest part of winter. Service call came in the early evening and ultimately we needed a new door and system. The technician was awesome and an insulated door was the best decision we could have made.
