Jeff Blehm arrived eatly within the 2 hr appoint window. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and took time and care to explain the issues with our door. He helped get the door back on track, and took the time to explain all of our options. We are moving forward with the purchase of a new door, to be installed within the next week. Updated 6/15: Turns out when the crew showed up to install the door I found out I had been mis-led about actually needing a new door. The crew that came were very professional and apologetic and suggested that I call the owner regarding the issue but I chose to go ahead with the install since I was unable to use the garage without doing so. When I returned to see how it was going they told me they had called the boss and he was going to call me to discuss what happened. When they finished, they were surprised he had not called me yet. That was Thursday. It is now Saturday evening, and the owner has failed to contact me at all. Aside from discussing the original issue, I've been waiting to tell him the new door closes with banging, poping and clunky noises. -unsatisfied customer.

Cesar was great. He did a wonderful job. Jeff came out to assist him with a few things. I had originally requested Jeff only because I know him they both were fantastic. There was a little mistake done when we had a roofing and siding job done so theyre gonna come back out after the roofer comes out and fixes as siding job. They wanted to look perfect for me. I would recommend precision door for anybody.

I was very pleased with tech Jeff G. Very prompt and knowledgeable. I explained my issue which was I needed my garage door to open more to keep my antenna on my new truck from clipping the front of the door. He said not a problem. He also pointed out some potential issues I could have in the near future.one of the cables was starting to unravel the other side was a little better. He also explained that the bearings where showing wear. Bottom line I had him fix all issues . He quoted me a estimated cost which seemed reasonable to me. He completed all repairs in a short time. Again very pleased. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door in the future based on my experience with Jeff G.

Shawn came out to repair a broken spring and also pointed out some aging bearings and rollers and why the replacement parts they use were superior. I could tell just by looking at them they were built to last much longer than the cheap, installation grade that came with the original install they were replacing. Shawn was very informative, patient and answered questions and I didn't feel I was being upsold. While the repairs were not cheap, I feel like I got good value and am confident my almost 20 year old garage door will not need any additional service unless my wife or I back out of the garage before remembering to open the door!
