Excellent customer service provided by Jeff P. He took the time to explain the problems with my garage door opener and provided me with multiple solutions to fit many budget scenarios. He was very professional and we never felt any pressure during the sales process. We felt he had our best interest and guided us through the process of getting the new opener and helped setup the MyQ app for the whole household. He made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving our home. I would highly recommend him to all my neighbors and friends in need of garage door service. BTW, the garage door is so quiet that it sounds like my Hybrid car (no sound at all).

I knew my garage door had issues ,so I called on a Sunday evening. This morning Mark Kucel Field Manger called first thing. By this time I could get the door open. Mark came reviewed the door mama in spring was broke in two places, but I also had minor issues. Mark gave me a quote and had the door working in no time. He was very professional and Im so glad I called and had Mark to do all the repairs.

Our garage door would not close last night. Booked an appointment on-line and Stephen Freitas, Jr. showed up early this morning to help. He was very knowledgeable and a very impressive young man. His communication skills were excellent. Made great eye contact and explained everything in terms we understood. Our door closes now. The door arrived and was installed in about 4 weeks. The technician did a nice , thorough installation and clean up after. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained the maintenance on the door, the lift, paint, and computer app. Everything went very smoothly and am very pleased with the door and the service

I will never use or recommend this company ever again. Extremely over priced for what service was needed. Unfortunately for me I was in a position in which I had no choice, and I feel that played a part in the price for my service. I had one spring break on my door. It cost me over $700.00. I was told I had to replace both springs and the bearings as well. Pretty steep price for a 2 hour job.
