I will never use or recommend this company ever again. Extremely over priced for what service was needed. Unfortunately for me I was in a position in which I had no choice, and I feel that played a part in the price for my service. I had one spring break on my door. It cost me over $700.00. I was told I had to replace both springs and the bearings as well. Pretty steep price for a 2 hour job.

We are very happy with our new garage door from Precision Garage Door. Technician Jon Lyons was very professional and helpful. He had our old dood down, and the beautiful new door up and working in less than 2 hours. Jon made sure to let us know that the company stands behind their quality product, and that if we care for it properly, it should last 30 years! We are very happy customers. Very professional company. Worked around my schedule. Delivered everything as promised and on time. Even sent a picture of my installer so I knew who was coming. Installer, Jon Lyons, arrived early but called ahead to ask me if it was ok. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, flawless installation within the time he had promised, then took the time to explain the features and answer any questions I had. Tech Josh Crudup was my tech, and he did a super job. He repaired damage door and springs Then installed a new door opener unit. He worked nonstop until job was done. The next morning Sunday wall unit was inop. I left a message and Monday he came found a pinched wire which he fixed quickly. Give this dedicated man a nice Review and raise too! Customer was number 1 in his view. A++ for him Mr. John Waskiewicz 2\12\24

My garage door opener was 20 years old. It was in very bad condition as I didn't do any maintenance because I never knew I had that responsibility. Mark Kucel, Field Manager, and his assistant needed to install a complete new system. I appreciated the fact they said I could use the old motor, as it was still working, but I chose to replace the entire system. I am very pleased with the new system and their workmanship. I would highly recommend this company and their staff. P.S. They explained what maintenance I had to do in the future.

Realized late Saturday afternoon that I needed help because my Garage door would not open. Called Precision and by Sunday noon Eric arrived and had the problem fixed and also informed me of additional issues that he could take care of. Well done and I would recommend them. Eric was good about explaining everything about what was being done and why.

I had a new door and opener installed. Cesar my technician was very professional and detail oriented. The installation went very smoothly. The whole experience start to finish was great. The only negative was that Cesar was sent to do the install alone.

Jordan Wallace was my technician. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem with my Garage door. We went over the options and he ended up installing a new opener along with all new rollers for my door. He was very good to deal with and add to that a US veteran to boot! The job was completed the same day I called and I am very pleased with the work.

After getting quotes from 3 garage door companies, Precision was the only one who investigated into WHY our door failed. The wood that it was attached to split. They not only replaced the split wood, but also the wood on the opposite side. Having confidence that a job is done right is important to me. I'm so happy I went with Precision.
