My service technician was Eric H, he was early for the appointment which was great. He did a complete overhaul of my door which was badly needed since most of the parts were 20-30 years old. Eric was very polite and explained everything he was going to do and the price. He did a little more than expected with out any extra charge. I would highly recommend precision garage door.

I would like to say thank you to Terry Smith. He is a very nice and professional, and had a nice disposition too. He achieved the work of the garage door installed, in the time that was projected. Terry explained how to work the remotes, keypads, and key lock keys. He showed me how to use the garage door spray on the 10 hinges only. He took care of all paperwork, and called his office to get bill paid receipt, to be sent thru the mail for dad and me. He was very kind and neat. Thank you so much Terry Smith.

I called because I thought i needed to have my garage door opener replaced. Brad Rambo looked at it and told me I didn't need a new opener but needed it fixed. He not only fixed the problem but looked at the door and did some repairs and maintenance that was needed. I now have a working opener and a much quieter working door! All this for less than half the cost of new opener!!
