I had Dylan come out to do maintenance on my garage door because it seemed louder when it went up and down than it was in the past. Dylan educated me on the problem and offered three different levels of solutions. Giving me the good, better, best scenarios and pricing helped make the decision to fix the door at a price that fit my budget. Dylan was professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with him and I appreciate the warranty on the repair which gives me peace of mind that I won't have unexpected repair bills going forward. I had Precision come out prior to this about a year ago to install a new battery on my garage door opener so I knew they were a good and reputable company to work with.

I has having some issues with the garage door opening and closing. Precision Garage Door sent out Dalton Rhodes to come take a look and do a safety inspection. After 11+ years, a lot of the old hardware, springs/rollers and garage door opener were wearing out. I had all the hardware replaced with upgrades, track re-alignment, new garage door opener, new springs/cables and sensors. Everything works like new now. Excellent service and professionalism. Full explanation was given on what was needed, and what would be nice upgrades for better service/durability over time. I was also given options about everything. Outstanding work. Definitely recommend Dalton and Precision Garage Door.

We came home from a trip late on Saturday night and could not get into the garage. On Sunday morning we searched online and found we could book an appointment for the next morning. Jordan Wallace was the repair technician who came out on Monday. He was punctual, polite and found the issue quickly. We had broken a spring. He helped me get the garage door up so I could get my wife's car out the garage. I decided to replace the 20-year-old opener at the same time. Jordan came back the next morning and installed the springs, new bearings and new belt drive opener in about 1.5 hours. The new system works beautifully and is so much quieter than our old chain drive I was amazed. I am very pleased with the response and the job. I would recommend Precision and Jordan to anyone needing work on their garage doors.

We first used your company on a weekend when the springs broke on our garage door and we couldn't get our cars out. Your company was the only one who worked on weekends and you came out and fixed the problem. We had service, today to replace the side seals and bottom door seal, which rodents had chewed through. Our technician, Eric did an absolutely great job to help correct this problem. In addition, I am grateful for the military discount that Precision provided. We were so pleased that we referred our neighbor, who needed a complete garage door replacement.

Contacted another company because my remote garage door key pod stopped working. Their employee told me to go to Lowes and purchase a new one my self read the instructions and do it myself. I am a female over 70 years of age so I hung up on him and contacted Precision who was very helpful and came out the same day. Dylan went over every step with me showed me some things that was also going on with my garage door. So I ended up ordering a whole new door. Just think if the other company had did this they would have gotten the money. I will always contact Precision.
