I called because I thought i needed to have my garage door opener replaced. Brad Rambo looked at it and told me I didn't need a new opener but needed it fixed. He not only fixed the problem but looked at the door and did some repairs and maintenance that was needed. I now have a working opener and a much quieter working door! All this for less than half the cost of new opener!!

I scheduled an appointment for a repair to my garage door for my house in Royal Oak and Charles S showed up early in the afternoon. He had been to the house about two weeks prior for a similar issue but it wasn't the same issue he fixed before. He was very polite, diagnosed the new issue and repaired it quickly. I would highly recommend Precision and Charles.

Excellent timely service! I scheduled service on a Sunday and within 30 minutes he called to say he was on his way. Our tech Dan explained that our garage door motor could not be repaired so we had to replace it. He explained the proper maintenance, etc. I'd highly recommend Precision.

Dalton came out yesterday and today for problems with my garage door and opener. He was prompt, professional, and very patient and knowledgeable. Was happy to explain the whole process to me, all the while standing in the cold. I recommend Dalton and this company for assistance with any problem with your garage door and/or opener. I will have another date was installation, and look forward to experiencing the same courteous and professional service I received from Dalton. Excellent company!

This company is not trustworthy. Our garage spring broke. The repair cost was ridiculous. Wanted to replace everything and it was unnecessary. Just trying to scam us. When we decided to not accept the service guy got rude with me an and said we wouldnt find a repair cheaper. We did the next day. Paid 400$ opposite of there 1600$ estimate. Beware of this company

This was my first experience with Precision and I was very pleasantly surprised. They came out the same day I called accommodated my schedule. My tech Brad called 20 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he did a complete inspection of my door and opener and walked me through everything. In the end he came up with a couple of repair options and discussed each. No hard sale or up sale just honest discussion. I was expecting to have to set up an additional repair appointment but he was able to do it right away. All in all GREAT service at a reasonable price I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend Precision

I came home from work and could not open the garage door. Called Precision and they were here in a half hour. Mark pulled open the door and knew right away what part of the problem was. After explaining our three alternatives and showing us the problems he rebuilt the door in less than 2 hours. He was so nice. He even offered to say a prayer for our dog who was sick. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you so much.

Our automatic garage door was opening very slowly. Eventually, we realized that one of the two tension springs was broken. We called Precision late in the afternoon, and they came out the very next morning. Joseph was the technician. He explained exactly what needed to be done. And through an inspection determined a few minor issues that would likely be addressed. We agreed to the entire repair, and he took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. Upon completion, Joseph showed us everything that he did, cleaned up - and asked if we had any further questions. We are very happy with the job and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door needs!
