Brad Rambo was my garage door technician today. I told him what issues I was having with the door. He spent a good deal of time checking the door. He explained what problems he had found with the door, and showed them to me. He also gave me several options and the price of each. I made my decision and he went to work. He seemed very knowledgeable about his trade, and he was very courteous. I would definitely call Precision Door again, and I would recommend them to others.

Very good experience. Our technician Mike Jolly was fast, friendly, explained things well and communicated his arrival time perfectly. We had a broken spring. We ended up replacing both springs and some other components since our door was getting a little older. Very happy with our service from Mike. Back up and running in less than 24 hours.

The professionalism by both the company and Josh, my garage door tech, was absolutely best in class. My garage door is close to 30 years old and is officially toast. The problems with the old door were identified and explained to me in great detail. I never once thought I was being sold on anything I didnt need. My new garage door will be installed in a few weeks. Nothing but 5 stars for my review.

We had our garage door serviced by Brian C. from Precision Garage Door. Service Was very professional with the repair of our garage door spring which brook the day before. I was impressed with his knowledge and how quickly the work was completed. We also had some additional preventative maintenance parts replace and the door is much quieter then before. Thank you Brian

Josh arrived on a Friday and explained what was needed for a garage door and opener for replacement. He was very thorough and professional and showed me all the options I had. He scheduled for the replacement for the following Monday. Jaime, the technician, called 15 minutes before his arrival and was promptly on time. He installed the new garage door and opener in a matter of hours. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything I needed to know. Im very pleased with the overall experience dealing with the company.

Had an issue with my garage doors.....same day service provided....Tim the technician who showed up immediately diagnosed the issue. Very personable and great experience. Precision also installed my doors some 6 or 7 years ago and had all my info in their system. Highly recommend them.
