Jeff showed up on time , the door didnt make the same noises that it has made for in the past , but with his experience he knew what I was as talking about he made some adjustments to the hinges and it worked much better with less noise. They are better than expected. I made the call for planning purposes, but they were so prompt that form initial call to completed job took about 3 hours. I thought I wanted an opener to assist me with the struggle of lifting the door, but I just needed the rollers and spring rebuild and now my door works better than when it was new. Great experience! The technician is Pat Stevens and he was great. Respectful, clear about my options and very fast. He offered maintenance advice and where to get my warranty. He asked if I was happy with the results and if there was anything else I wanted.
