Josh arrived on a Friday and explained what was needed for a garage door and opener for replacement. He was very thorough and professional and showed me all the options I had. He scheduled for the replacement for the following Monday. Jaime, the technician, called 15 minutes before his arrival and was promptly on time. He installed the new garage door and opener in a matter of hours. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything I needed to know. Im very pleased with the overall experience dealing with the company.

I would like to acknowledge the outstanding service received from Precision Garage Door Services. Patrick did a great job of diagnosing the problem and replaced my garage door opener. He also lubricated my door and replaced the brackets. I called Precision for a second opinion after receiving a diagnosis from another company that ended up being completely inaccurate.
