Precision Garage doors were quick to send Erik on a Sunday to fix our garage door. Erik identified the issue and was very polite, professional and explained the issue and cost before replacing the safety eye. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Precision again!

Precision Gargage Door is the best. Within 24 hours of having a spring break on my garage door, they were at my house installing a new one. Josh did a fantastic job and left the place as clean as he found it. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

PGD did the original install in 2018. Spring broke but rest of door wasnt damaged. Steve Wells arrived at the house, with a phone call in advance, actually 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment window. Work was quoted on the iPad and work was completed quickly; within about an hour. Precision is always fast to respond, excellent service, and work is done quickly and cleanly.

He was very informative and listened to what we wanted. He did not try to push a more expensive garage door on us. Brad Rambo was my garage door technician today. I told him what issues I was having with the door. He spent a good deal of time checking the door. He explained what problems he had found with the door, and showed them to me. He also gave me several options and the price of each. I made my decision and he went to work. He seemed very knowledgeable about his trade, and he was very courteous. I would definitely call Precision Door again, and I would recommend them to others.

Very good experience. Our technician Mike Jolly was fast, friendly, explained things well and communicated his arrival time perfectly. We had a broken spring. We ended up replacing both springs and some other components since our door was getting a little older. Very happy with our service from Mike. Back up and running in less than 24 hours.
