I called Precision garage door of southeast Michigan because the spring of the garage door broke .That was Saturday though they can do it on the weekend I made the appointment on Monday morning . The technician came on time inspected the. door then explain to me what is to be done and the cost . I agreed. and he finished it in no time ..He showed me how the door worked . I cant believe it worked like brand new .For sure I will recommend Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan to my relatives and friends .

Our 18 year old Craftsman garage door opener started having unpredictable errors indicating circuit board failure. We needed to insure completely reliable service and contacted Precision Garage Door and they sent technician Eric Hathaway the very next day. We also asked him to recommend what would be needed to keep the 30 year old door itself working properly. He spent time inspecting the door and developed several plans for us. Within 2 hours Eric had replaced the opener with a great Liftmaster and refurbished the door's hardware (new torsion springs & wires, rollers, tracks & more). The performance improvement was phenomenal - it was exceptionally quiet and smooth after work was complete. Eric was able to find a viable replacement for the weather stripping as well. He's got the expertise and communication skills to enable the customer to choose wisely and the technical ability to complete work efficiently. It was one of best repair experiences we've had. My garage door spring on a Saturday morning as it was closing and something jammed not allowing me to open it manually. I called Precision Door Service and Brian arrived in less than 2 hours. Although he was also unable to open by himself, he asked if he could come back Sunday morning with another employee. Brian and Patrick arrived on-time Sunday, were able to get the door open, and had it repaired in a relatively short period. Great Service! Brian and Patrick were very professional and courteous. Outstanding!

First thing this morning my expensive, just out of warranty, garage opener dismantled itself and I couldn't fully open or close my garage door. I called the original installer; he is on vacation for 2 weeks. I checked Google reviews and decided to call Precision garage Door. I was greeted by a polite and helpful staff member on the phone, and quickly had a same day appointment! The technician called a few minutes later, introduced himself as Josh Crudup, and gave me a soon arrival time. Josh arrived promptly, was friendly and professional, did a detailed assessment of my situation, and explained what his approach to diagnosis and repair would be. What seemed like a simple repair quickly turned into an all-day repair. The original installer took a lot of 'shortcuts' to my install. Josh was very professional, NEVER criticized the work of the original installer, but professionally explained what a better option would have been. He showed me the damage, explained what caused the failure, and explained the repair options. My 3 year old install needed a lot of repair... several components had excessive wear. And then we found that the door opener itself had self-destructed.. the internal gears had snapped. Josh ordered a new unit, upgraded door hardware, replaced damaged bearings, corrected misaligned brackets, etc. At 7:30 PM Josh shook my hand, told me if I had ANY problems, questions, or concerns to contact him and he would take care of it. A thoroughly pleasant, professional, friendly, and skilled young man. An excellent ambassador for his company. He treated me respectfully, and carefully cleaned up all debris when he was done. If I were hiring for my business, Josh is exactly the employee I would be looking to recruit.

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday, I called Precision Garage Door and they had someone out at 7am Monday morning. Patrick Stevens was great, showed up right on time, diagnosed the issues and gave me a fair estimate. Work was completed quickly, and he even swept up the garage and cleaned up the cobwebs around the door! Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with Precision Garage Doors responsiveness. I called this morning at 7:00am because one of my springs broke and the door could not open. Someone was at my house in less than 2 hours. Eric was my technician and he was outstanding. He was very profession, personable, and also helped fix my other garage door at no extra charge. I highly recommend this business and Eric specifically. Update: I started having another garage door issue and was lucky enough to get Eric again. I hope I dont have any more issues in the future but if I do- I will be calling Precision Garage Door again and will ask for Eric. Thanks again!

The guy came out. My door was jammed up by one of my guest during the 4th celebration and the cable came off track. It caused some wheels to jump..he was so focused on selling me a door that he didn't want to repair mine. The other company was called and came an hour later and had my door up and running in 30 mins. Now days people don't have $3K to shell out right away but when I am ready I will call the company that was able to fix my door instead of the big company that was trying to only sell me one
