I would like to acknowledge the outstanding service received from Precision Garage Door Services. Patrick did a great job of diagnosing the problem and replaced my garage door opener. He also lubricated my door and replaced the brackets. I called Precision for a second opinion after receiving a diagnosis from another company that ended up being completely inaccurate. I will be contacting Precision from now on for any other garage needs in the future.

Josh did a great job selling and installing our new garage door and accessories! He wasn't pushy or high pressure at all which made me at ease and helped me choose Precision over getting more quotes and shopping around! He even fixed the annoying squeak noises it was making! Cesar Velasquez did an excellent job of installing the door. As far as the same day or next day installation, that was more like same week or next week. It took ten days for the door to arrive. Not satisfied with that.

Jessy came out and did an excellent job explaining what had to be done and what needed to be done so that I did not have any further issues. And yes, his work was impeccable. This was the second time I had Precision out to repair my garage door. First time I had them install quite rollers. This time was for a broken spring. Josh called and said he was on his way, he was awesome, quick and efficient. Took time to do a good inspection and let me know if I needed anything else. He was very personable and friendly.
