Josh arrived on a Friday and explained what was needed for a garage door and opener for replacement. He was very thorough and professional and showed me all the options I had. He scheduled for the replacement for the following Monday. Jaime, the technician, called 15 minutes before his arrival and was promptly on time. He installed the new garage door and opener in a matter of hours. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything I needed to know. Im very pleased with the overall experience dealing with the company.

Had an issue with my garage doors.....same day service provided....Tim the technician who showed up immediately diagnosed the issue. Very personable and great experience. Precision also installed my doors some 6 or 7 years ago and had all my info in their system. Highly recommend them.

Precision Garage Door Company is the best! They have the best response time, service, products and people. They also kept us up on apt times and location of our Tech on the way. Terrance came, removed our old door, motor and springs (entire system) and installed entire new system. He was polite, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and explained everything. We have used Precision for the last several years and recently had to replace the garage doors. I would like to acknowledge the outstanding service received from Precision Garage Door Services. Patrick did a great job of diagnosing the problem and replaced my garage door opener. He also lubricated my door and replaced the brackets. I called Precision for a second opinion after receiving a diagnosis from another company that ended up being completely inaccurate. I will be contacting Precision from now on for any other garage needs in the future.

Josh did a great job selling and installing our new garage door and accessories! He wasn't pushy or high pressure at all which made me at ease and helped me choose Precision over getting more quotes and shopping around! He even fixed the annoying squeak noises it was making!
