Precision came to the home in order to replace two panels that were driven into (bad mother-in-law). Steve (technician) was on time, friendly, and professional. I observed his work, and he explained everything that he was doing in detail. As an engineer, I like to know how things work, and he obliged me. Precision seems to hire friendly and knowledgeable people. This is a good business model. I would (and will) hire Precision for any garage door needs that I have.

Garage door spring snapped Sunday night. Jeff came out Monday morning and assessed the situation. He gave me three options and after making my decision, went right to work. Less than three hours later he was done and I had a refreshed garage. Very happy with the result. Highly recommended.

Patrick came out ahead of schedule and did an amazing job. I had everything replaced except the door itself. The entire job from my call to completion was under 6 hours. Patrick was very polite, professional, and friendly. Answered all my questions and stayed until all the functions were up and running. The technician that removed my old garage door, and all equipment with it, and then put in all new hardware and opener, was Anthony DeJesus. He did great work. When he arrived prior to 8:00 am, he told me it would take him about 4.5 hours. That was exactly what it took him, and that included his cleaning up and wiping everything down. The new door looks and works great, same with the opener. I am very pleased with the work. Thanks Precision for a job well done!

I cannot say enough good things about Precision Garage Door service in general and the technician Jeff Parkes and Installer Cesar in particular. Except for a significant hiccup with the Chamberlain opener which failed after the new garage door was installed, Precision Garage Door management stayed involved as I secured replacement parts and came back twice to make the needed repairs. No charge for the follow up. Jeff essentially rebuilt the opener at no charge. Darrell McNall operates a great business based on great customer service.
