I found Steve Wells to be professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He gave lots of information. I was also given options and additional information should we choose to replace the garage door completely. I felt confident in his knowledge. The garage door was fixed in a timely fashion, but we know itll have to be replaced down the line. David already has all the specs for the eventual replacement. Great job Steve!

A phenomenal company! I had Jeff Parkes come out and work on my garage door and he was both brilliant and courteous! He worked quickly and managed to save me several hundred on my repair by manually reworking parts himself. My highest recommendation and ask for Jeff Parkes!!

From start to finish, very professional and explained everything and answered all our questions. Best company, even got a job from my neighbor. A stand up company. Highly recommend. Dalton Rhodes actually came out to check on the condition of our garage door. After doing our homework, we choose Precision for our new garage door. Anthony DeJesus came out to install promptly on the day scheduled, always great communication, reviewed everything and maintenence. Very pleased overall.

Please see review on Angie. Shawn Durecka? my technician was OUTSTANDING! Shawn was very knowledgeable, very professional and very personable. He arrived prior to my window, listened to what I felt happened to the garage door and diagnosed the issue. He installed a new garage door opener, repeatedly tested it and finished up in a little over than an hour. Excellent service from the office to the Technician!

My original garage doors have held up exceptionally over the past 10 years. There was a motor issue once - and Precision was there to fix it, without hassle / cost. Nearly a decade after my purchase, a spring broke. The labor & material replaced was once again hassle free. Pat Stevens even went a step further replacing cables and bearings as a precautionary step. Which was all part of the great Warranty that Precision included at time of purchase. This Team always delivers. Appreciate their Field Guys. Always professional and helpful. I recommend this Team.

Garage door would not open or close. Springs, cable and bearings needed to be replaced. Scheduling was easy, appt for the next day. Precision Door texted a picture of the technician. I cannot say enough good things about Precision Garage Door service in general and the technician Jeff Parkes and Installer Cesar in particular. Except for a significant hiccup with the Chamberlain opener which failed after the new garage door was installed, Precision Garage Door management stayed involved as I secured replacement parts and came back twice to make the needed repairs. No charge for the follow up. Jeff essentially rebuilt the opener at no charge. Darrell McNall operates a great business based on great customer service.
