Called on the Sunday before Labor day that my garage door failed. Expected to hear they could come out Tuesday. I was shocked when the arrived 3 hours after I called and wasn't charged an extra fee! Recommend these guys for sure! Eric H was my tech,and a cool, professional guy!

I found PRECISION on the web and put in a request (this was a Wednesday) for a service technician to come out. Within an hour I got a phone call to pick a time for Thursday when their technician could come out. Within the first 15 minutes he had found the problem. He gave me several options to get it repaired or replaced. We decided to replace. It took him 2.5 hours to complete the work, including showing me all the controls. Our technician Steve Wells was very knowledgeable and had the skills to work through a couple of issues that my garage throw at him. I would strongly recommend PRECISION to anyone with garage door problems.
