We called and scheduled an appointment because our garage door wouldn't close. Cameron Sims came out to look at the situation. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. He explained everything, fixed our door and installed a much needed pin pad opener. He went above and beyond what we had asked for. Pat Stevens was my technician and he arrived just before 8:00am on Sunday morning as stated. He replaced both the cables, which were attached to the garage door, and finished it in about 30mins. He was very professional and very knowledgeable, and also provided info on how to maintain the door, so it would remain in good working condition over time. I used a different service provider once before to repair our garage door, and he had never mentioned any of these tips, so that was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to others, and I will definitely use them again in the future, if needed.

Precision was the best! We had an odd size garage door that was old and needed replacing, they did a special order for us! Our tech, Steven that came out was very professional and courteous! After finishing he explained everything he did and showed me how to operate and properly maintain the new door and garage door opener, he hauled all the old door and parts away and cleaned everything! The spring on my garage door broke and also caused the bracket on the garage door to break off that connects to the chain. Because of that, they recommended the garage door be replaced and I did. I was happy with the overall response time and the work done. I did feel the price was very high. In hindsight I would have gotten additional opinions and estimates and may have gone in a different direction.

Do not call this company! The price quote they gave was outrageous for a spring repair, $1552 compared to $400 from another company. I regret calling them at all as they also charge for estimates ($50). Save yourself $$$ and call someone else.

After a water leak fried my existing opener, I was able to get an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service first thing the next morning (didnt attempt to schedule the appointment until the evening before)! Steve Wells, technician, confirmed my suspicions and did an excellent job of explaining what occurred, and presenting me with my options. He handled everything on the spot and set up all of the accessory equipment! Very happy with the service and the product!

Eric from Precision came out on time and did identify the problem quickly. I had a damaged censor. In our conversation I shared with him the financial burdens that have been overwhelming being below poverty. He told me he had the parts to fix it, but I did too having bought this last yr and using my old censors. He kind of led me to believe he would rewire it, but he took my sensors and swapped them out not using the wire I gave him. It took maybe 2 minutes and it cost my $100.00. I would have been happy with 50. But I do feel like he took advantage, he also never gave me a receipt which the company later emailed me with a fake scribble for my alleged signature. Not the best bargain in price. But Eric was professional, I wish he would have been more clear on just how easy of a fix it was. So over all, I'm glad that the door now works, but do feel the price was high for a simple 2 minute swap out. Peace out
