Pleased with the service, but not the price. $1100 to repair broken springs seems high, but the repair guy was great and came quickly. Next time I will try another company to try and find a lower price.

Service was great. Mechanic was good and explained the options well. Tried to upsell stuff I didnt really need. Price was absurdly high compared to other places. Paid 845 for two springs. Shop around for much cheaper options.

Taking the time to explain not only what he did, but proper maintenance going forward. I couldn't be happier. And Mike Brose who came out to give me the estimate also stands out, of the 3 quotes I got he was the most thorough in inspection of the garage and what was needed, which also sets up the technician for success. We had some concerns after our garage door was installed, Brian came out to see what he could do. He seemed to fix the problem, but they still had Erik come out to make sure everything was working properly. They were both on time, explained things so that we understood, treated us with respect and took the extra time to listen to our concerns. Have been using them for years and will continue to do so. Would definitely recommend.

Best service experience from Precision. I called in because as I was opening up the garage door to pull in and it abruptly dropped. I could only manually lift it, propping it up on a ladder. I was sent a text that a service person would arrive in 30 minutes. Before 30 minutes, service agent Patrick arrived. He assessed the issue, then discussed options on how to fix it and explained thoroughly. He started working and was done within an hour. He showed what had been fixed and what things may still need to be repaired in the future. He used an iPad to take pictures before and after, to keep record for future reference. Patrick was nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely recommend Precision and ask for Patrick!

The whole process was very simple. Yesterday afternoon I went to the companys website and booked an appointment using the easy online booking system. I saw they had appointments for the very next day! In less than 14hrs, a technician by the name of Steve Wells from Precision came to my house. He looked at my garage, fixed the issue I was having with the spring, gave me some maintenance tips going forward. My dog really liked Steve too, he was great!
