On 12/16/2024 I had my garage door replaced by Precision Garage Door of Southeast & Mid Michigan. Anthony DeJesus came to my home at the time he said he would and was very pleasant to talk to. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He told me it would take about 2-3 hours to install my new door. He completed it in a little over 2 hours and then showed me how it worked (manual open, no electricity in the garage), how easy it was to open and close. He gave me my set of keys and showed me which way the handle would turn to open and close the door. He waited around for me to try unlocking, opening, closing and locking the door. It is such a dream compared to my old door that was hard to open and close, which Antony said was because the old door was the wrong size for my garage. I'm very thankful and happy with my new garage door! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Anthony DeJesus if you need a new garage door! Thank you Anthony. -Nancy F.

It was very easy to schedule a service visit with an option of choosing the available time slots for the day - Steve Wells the technician called 30 mins before showing up as promised. Steve was very professional and thorough in his analysis of the job , explaining of what required to be done with options and cost - once agreed - to my pleasant surprise he finished the job quickly and efficiently . Having the required material stocked up in his vehicle helped in the execution. I highly recommend using services of Precision Garage Doors .

We wanted to write and share our experience with Eric at Precision Garage Door. Our older garage door motor didn't work (among a few other challenges). We called Precision Garage Door and true to their advertisement, were scheduled for an assessment and consult the same day. Eric was our technician, he called and was able to come earlier than our scheduled time! Eric was professional, very knowledgeable, patiently answered all our questions, was courteous, hard working, and thorough. He completed the work he quoted us for a fair price in the same day, going above and beyond our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the excellent customer service, repair and replacement work we received from Eric and and with the top notch product choices from Precision Garage Door. I had a broken torsion spring on my garage door and gave Precision a call. They were able to set up a same-day appointment (on a Saturday) that fit into my schedule. Pat Stevens came out and assessed the situation and explained everything that was going on with the door. He gave me options for repair, and was very genuine in his breakdown. I never felt like he was trying to get over on me. Pat was very efficient in his work, and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

They were very well-organized and efficient. I loved the technology they used for updating me (sending a text and email with a photo of the technician is a great way to make customers feel comfortable). The technician arrived early (called first to make sure it was okay), did not try to upsell me, and was done in no time at all. Everything works great! I would absolutely use them again and recommend them highly.

From the initial call for a repair, through quotes and install, Precision was never pushy and very accommodating. We got a new garage door and opener after 20 years of the last one, and this one not only has a camera, but is very quiet when it opens/closes. I called in this morning to schedule an appointment to look at my garage door that came off the tracks. To my pleasant surprise, a technician (Stephen F) was at my house in under an hour and a half! Stephen arrived and gave me a detailed quote with three options for me to choose from. He was extremely thorough walking me through the pros and cons of each option available. Once I chose my path, he went right to work. He did an incredible job, my 22 year old door now works just as well as the day it was installed!
