Jeff showed up on time , the door didnt make the same noises that it has made for in the past , but with his experience he knew what I was as talking about he made some adjustments to the hinges and it worked much better with less noise. Excellent service from all at Precision Garage Door. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Garage door or garage door opener.

They are better than expected. I made the call for planning purposes, but they were so prompt that form initial call to completed job took about 3 hours. I thought I wanted an opener to assist me with the struggle of lifting the door, but I just needed the rollers and spring rebuild and now my door works better than when it was new. Great experience! The technician is Pat Stevens and he was great. Respectful, clear about my options and very fast. He offered maintenance advice and where to get my warranty. He asked if I was happy with the results and if there was anything else I wanted.

I called Precision garage door of southeast Michigan because the spring of the garage door broke .That was Saturday though they can do it on the weekend I made the appointment on Monday morning . The technician came on time inspected the. door then explain to me what is to be done and the cost . I agreed. and he finished it in no time ..He showed me how the door worked . I cant believe it worked like brand new .For sure I will recommend Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan to my relatives and friends .

Our 18 year old Craftsman garage door opener started having unpredictable errors indicating circuit board failure. We needed to insure completely reliable service and contacted Precision Garage Door and they sent technician Eric Hathaway the very next day. We also asked him to recommend what would be needed to keep the 30 year old door itself working properly. He spent time inspecting the door and developed several plans for us. Within 2 hours Eric had replaced the opener with a great Liftmaster and refurbished the door's hardware (new torsion springs & wires, rollers, tracks & more). The performance improvement was phenomenal - it was exceptionally quiet and smooth after work was complete. Eric was able to find a viable replacement for the weather stripping as well. He's got the expertise and communication skills to enable the customer to choose wisely and the technical ability to complete work efficiently. It was one of best repair experiences we've had. Thank you for solving the problems!

My garage door spring on a Saturday morning as it was closing and something jammed not allowing me to open it manually. I called Precision Door Service and Brian arrived in less than 2 hours. Although he was also unable to open by himself, he asked if he could come back Sunday morning with another employee. Brian and Patrick arrived on-time Sunday, were able to get the door open, and had it repaired in a relatively short period. Great Service! Brian and Patrick were very professional and courteous. Outstanding!

Pat Stevens was very informative on the condition of my garage door & Opener prior to the service and after the service was completed. Arrive promptly and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. When he was finished he provided some insight on maintaining the door, the hinges, the opener and was very easy to understand and talk with. Great service tech and very personable.
