We had a great experience with Jeff Parkes and Anthony DeJesus. Both guys work really hard and pay great attention to detail. Even the wires that won't be noticed are so neatly placed. Absolutely recommend them. Plus the garage door is amazing. So quiet and it keeps the garage warm.

When I heard the noise on Friday night, I knew it was nothing good but it wasn't until I tried to open the door to go to church this morning that I realized I had a broken spring and I needed help. Enter Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan and their skillful and timely technician, Eric Hathaway. I called around 11:00 and was given a 2:00 appointment time and Eric Hathaway made good on that. He called me to confirm he was on his way when he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. I was concerned that he might have to go for parts but he had everything on hand. He offered me three different door reconstruction options with three different warranties and three different price points and I was able to choose the one that suited me. He did a good job and he cleaned up after himself and he made sure that the door functioned before he took off. He was cheerful and attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I'm very pleased with the work he did.

We had urgent need of Precisions services on the weekend. They sent Patrick Stevens right out and he was punctual, informative and friendly. He fixed our problem, giving a choice of cost levels in a timely manner and gave advice for future action without a high pressure sales pitch. Having left the worksite clean he demonstrated the working door. We couldnt have asked for more! Thanks Patrick!

Pleased with the service, but not the price. $1100 to repair broken springs seems high, but the repair guy was great and came quickly. Next time I will try another company to try and find a lower price.

Service was great. Mechanic was good and explained the options well. Tried to upsell stuff I didnt really need. Price was absurdly high compared to other places. Paid 845 for two springs. Shop around for much cheaper options.

And Mike Brose who came out to give me the estimate also stands out, of the 3 quotes I got he was the most thorough in inspection of the garage and what was needed, which also sets up the technician for success. We had some concerns after our garage door was installed, Brian came out to see what he could do. He seemed to fix the problem, but they still had Erik come out to make sure everything was working properly. They were both on time, explained things so that we understood, treated us with respect and took the extra time to listen to our concerns. Have been using them for years and will continue to do so. Would definitely recommend.

Best service experience from Precision. I called in because as I was opening up the garage door to pull in and it abruptly dropped. I could only manually lift it, propping it up on a ladder. I was sent a text that a service person would arrive in 30 minutes. Before 30 minutes, service agent Patrick arrived. He assessed the issue, then discussed options on how to fix it and explained thoroughly. He started working and was done within an hour. He showed what had been fixed and what things may still need to be repaired in the future. He used an iPad to take pictures before and after, to keep record for future reference. Patrick was nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely recommend Precision and ask for Patrick!

Tim was fantastic. Gave me a couple of different price ranges to complete the garage hardware rebuild. He did a great job and very professional. I called around 8:30am to see if someone can come out, before 11 am the job was done.
