We called precision door to correct a problem with the key pad on our Genie Garage door opener. Your man Brian not only corrected it, he did a complete inspection of the door itself and found some areas which needed attention. We okayed the additional work, and he did a great job with the updates. I highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done on their garage doors. Brian gets a 5 out of 5-Star review. My experience with the first representative was very professional and he took the time to explain everything to me. Steven Franklin was the installer today. He was on time and very courteous. He explained the time frame and completed the service on time. He was very professional, with clear instructions at completion. Door was repaired but took too visits. Tech was very polite and good.Only mishap was when he remover tension on door springs and lowering the door one of steel lines sapped and broke one of the insulated glass windows of which I need to have made.

Brad Rambo was my tech & showed up promptly, polite & very knowledgeable. He went over all my options for a new opener & installed w/no problem. He was nice enough to remove grill & other obstacles that would be in his way & then put everything back. I have dealt with Precision Garage Door Company for the last year and a half, and if I could give Nine Stars I would. Everyone, from office staff who take my calls, to the repairmen, surprise me with their thoughtfulness, quick response to address repair issues, knowledge, thoroughness, and strong desire to go above and beyond the call of duty. A general manager actually came out hours before the repair man, Jason, was available just to open my garage door so I could get my car out to leave for a scheduled doctor's appointment. How's that for service! Now, the cost of my last repair was higher than expected, however, I truly believe it was because EVERYTHING has gone up 300% in the last few years. I don't feel I was overcharged or taken advantage of

Great service. Amazingly fast response. Spring broke this morning around 9 a.m., cars were locked in garage. Their technician Pat Stevens came out at 11 a.m., and had it up and running within an hour. Super courteous and professional. Highly recommend Pat and their service.

I was extremely satisfied with the entire process from getting an inspection to the installation of the new garage door. The technician who came to assess and plan the replacement door was Brad Rambo. The approximate time given to get the replacement door ready was 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks a date was given to install the door. For installation, Joshua was the team leader. He showed 15 minutes earlier and within two hours the new garage door was installed.

She was able to schedule me in just a few hours on a Sunday. Eric, the technician, was very efficient and knowledgeable... extremely nice too.
