All 3 of the guys from Precision were great. Brian Ciminelli did the initial estimate and was very professional and courteous. He explained the different options available to me after my springs broke on the opener. I also decided to get a new garage door after talking with Brian. Cesar Velasquez and Eduardo installed the new opener and door a few weeks later. They were very nice and thorough about explaining everything. I'm very pleased with everything. Mark was a very nice guy, who knew his business and explained everything to me that needed to be done. He worked diligently and finished the work promptly and cleaned up afterward. Some of the work was covered under warranty and some of it wasn't. He explained which items weren't covered under warranty and why they weren't covered. I have had other work done by Precision and have been happy with the results.
