Absolutely perfect installation. Terrance Smith did an excellent, thorough job installing my two new garage doors. He was courteous, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him and Precision. On 3/5/25 Needed a sensor replaced and rewired. Jordan was courteous, efficient and friendly. Quick repair and back in business in no time.

First of all I appreciate the communication exchange that I had with Michael before he arrived to my residence. His positive energy and the adroitness that he displayed as he diagnosed and explained the issues that I was experiencing made my home repair visit very pleasant. In addition to the aforementioned, I was pleased with the timing of the repair, but more importantly Michaels patience with me. I truly appreciated Michael being the repairman on duty that we were able to have the pleasure of orbiting in our atmosphere today.

Pleased with the service, but not the price. $1100 to repair broken springs seems high, but the repair guy was great and came quickly. Next time I will try another company to try and find a lower price.

Jeff did fantastic work saving my door. He gave me two completely reasonable quotes, to cover if it was damaged or not once we could get the door lowered, and not only did he save the door, he also fixed the track and repaired it for less than the original quote. He clearly cares about his craft and hes got by business for life after this.

Service was great. Mechanic was good and explained the options well. Tried to upsell stuff I didnt really need. Price was absurdly high compared to other places. Paid 845 for two springs. Shop around for much cheaper options.
