Great experience with Precision. I am an out-of-state owner of a rental unit in Chesterfield Township. I was in town to check on my rentals and was informed by my tenant that the garage door was seemingly unbalanced. It would shake and jitter when you opened and closed with the garage door opener. I was only going to be in town for a couple more days, but was able to contact Precisions after hours phone service on a Saturday night and they were able to make an appointment for me on Monday, first thing in the morning. The technician, Jason, contacted me a half hour before he arrived so that I was able to meet him at the complex. He was right on time. He was very friendly and kind and easy to communicate. He diagnosed the issue with the garage door immediately as I opened it and was able to make the repair right then! It took him less than an hour to do the torsion conversion and change the rollers and the torsion spring. I would highly recommend this company and especially Jason Lockwood.

They came out twice. The first time the service man left without attempting service because he required perfect tidiness. So I actually did clean up. The second guy said nothing about my opener- which is why I called: He claimed everything about my property was too old, it could not be repaired and then he tried to up sell me to get me to buy 2 new garage doors!

Eric from Precision came out on time and did identify the problem quickly. I had a damaged censor. In our conversation I shared with him the financial burdens that have been overwhelming being below poverty. He told me he had the parts to fix it, but I did too having bought this last yr and using my old censors. He kind of led me to believe he would rewire it, but he took my sensors and swapped them out not using the wire I gave him. It took maybe 2 minutes and it cost my $100.00. I would have been happy with 50. But I do feel like he took advantage, he also never gave me a receipt which the company later emailed me with a fake scribble for my alleged signature. Not the best bargain in price. But Eric was professional, I wish he would have been more clear on just how easy of a fix it was. So over all, I'm glad that the door now works, but do feel the price was high for a simple 2 minute swap out. Peace out

After the torsion spring in my old janky garage door gave up the ghost, I called Precision Garage Door. The next day Timothy was out, explained my options, and when I chose a new insulated garage door scheduled the installation right there for me. A week later Terrance came out and couldn't have been more than a couple hours later I had a new, quiet, and most importantly, functioning garage door. I especially appreciated that he took the time to walk me through routine preventative maintenance that will keep it running smoothly for years to come.

I normally do not give 5 star reviews as a person in the service industry I believe there is always room to improve. However, I am unable find any fault with Precision's process. I was informed garage door mechanisms need maintenance aside from lubricating moving parts. I got two quotes for the work and selected Precision for the work. The tech arrived early but I was notified via text and email. Erik was efficient, polite, and informative. I will be having them back in the fall to replace panel rollers. Definitely recommend Precision

On time for all appointments; first service call even though the single service tech was not able to repair by himself, he called the office and scheduled a second service call for the next day for two techs, very professional, very caring and personal techs..if you need service on your garage door, there the ones to call. May not be the least expensive, but knew there stuff, had all the pieces and parts and quickly finished the job.
