I have a very heavy door from the 50s. Mark, Jeff and Shawn did a great job freeing the door so it could be raised to get my vehicle out of the garage. They spent considerable time ensuring that the lowering of the door was done safely. They were friendly, answered all my questions and it was a great experience.

Ive never had problems with a garage door before, so I had no idea what to expect when we had to arrange to have ours fixed. It wasnt opening properly, closing was also an issuedefinitely something was up. Jason from Precision Garage door came out to assess the problem (bad bearings, broken cableslots of stuff needed to be addressed). He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issues, and now our door works as good as new. We like the 5 year warranty, too! Jason was efficient, explained everything in detail, and was done more quickly than expected. Hopefully we wont have any more issues for at LEAST 5 years, but if we do, well contact Precision again, for sure.

Installation went great! Ivan was kind and efficient. He was tolerant of my 3 boys that wanted to know what he was doing. He gave me all the information I needed to care for the door and utilize the key pad. Precision door was fantastic and I will call them, as well as recommend them to my friends & family!
