The process from beginning to end was superb! I was easily able to book an appointment for the next day on their website. That alone is unheard of In todays World. The specialist Mike was awesome. He arrived promptly, explained the process from beginning to end, and was super efficient in getting us our brand new garage opener installed. He also helped Us set up our garage door app on our phones. Just an awesome experience. I highly recommend

Mike Jolly showed up early and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me several options for levels of repair. I chose the least expensive to start; he told me the others could be added on once we had the springs replaced. After replacing the springs, the noise from the rollers had me replace those also. Mike did the repairs quickly and go me on my way. Great job!

I called Precision Garage Door on Thurs morning, someone came out by 12pm that day, & my installation was Fri, the next day! I am very satisfied with the installation. I had a new garage door and opener installed! Terrance S. was my Technician & he did an excellent job! He was very professional, arrived at the scheduled time, completed the job within the timeframe stated, took away the old door, opener & parts & cleaned up all debris. He also took the time to walk me through setting up the app for opener on my phone & gave tips on how to use it. He was awesome! The best part is my new door is so quiet, you can barely here it opening & closing, I love it!!

Precision Garage Doors sent Technician Steve Wells out the day after I called, and he quickly and competently installed a new Genie garage door opener to replace my ailing 27-year old Stanley. The Genie is so much quieter than the Stanley and the remote control is better designed with a longer range. Thanks for the quick and competent service.

He rapidly diagnosed the problem and set about fixing it right away. Patrick was fast, friendly and courteous.
