My original garage doors have held up exceptionally over the past 10 years. There was a motor issue once - and Precision was there to fix it, without hassle / cost. Nearly a decade after my purchase, a spring broke. The labor & material replaced was once again hassle free. Pat Stevens even went a step further replacing cables and bearings as a precautionary step. Which was all part of the great Warranty that Precision included at time of purchase. This Team always delivers. Appreciate their Field Guys. Always professional and helpful. I recommend this Team.

I called Precision garage door of southeast Michigan because the spring of the garage door broke .That was Saturday though they can do it on the weekend I made the appointment on Monday morning . The technician came on time inspected the. door then explain to me what is to be done and the cost . I agreed. and he finished it in no time ..He showed me how the door worked . I cant believe it worked like brand new .For sure I will recommend Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan to my relatives and friends .

My garage door opener started acting up to where it would not go all the way down or stay closed and i was afraid to leave home because in my head i thought that someone would come and break into my garage and take everything so I decided to call Precision Garage door and voice my concerns and they assured me that they could help me out. The next day technician Shawn Durecka came out and he answered all of my questions and gave me what he thought would be the best solution and I agreed and gave the go ahead and he was quick and precise and kept me updated. Shawn did a great job for me and my family and we are very thankful for him and Precision Garage Door.

I was very surprised that you were available 24 hours. I was very grateful being that my mishap happened late evening. I was able to recieve service the next day. From the phone call for service to the service I recieved, I was very pleased. Josh was very very pleasant to work with and knew his job well. He arrived on time and explained everything. Our 18 year old Craftsman garage door opener started having unpredictable errors indicating circuit board failure. We needed to insure completely reliable service and contacted Precision Garage Door and they sent technician Eric Hathaway the very next day. We also asked him to recommend what would be needed to keep the 30 year old door itself working properly. He spent time inspecting the door and developed several plans for us. Within 2 hours Eric had replaced the opener with a great Liftmaster and refurbished the door's hardware (new torsion springs & wires, rollers, tracks & more). The performance improvement was phenomenal - it was exceptionally quiet and smooth after work was complete. Eric was able to find a viable replacement for the weather stripping as well. He's got the expertise and communication skills to enable the customer to choose wisely and the technical ability to complete work efficiently. It was one of best repair experiences we've had. Thank you for solving the problems!

Garage door would not open or close. Springs, cable and bearings needed to be replaced. Scheduling was easy, appt for the next day. Precision Door texted a picture of the technician. He called when he was on his way with an arrival time. Jeff G. was professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail the repairs needed. I would absolutely recommend Precision Door.

Both of my technicians, Dalton and Anthony, were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Anthony was very efficient and finished installing my new garage door in less than 3 hours! My garage door spring on a Saturday morning as it was closing and something jammed not allowing me to open it manually. I called Precision Door Service and Brian arrived in less than 2 hours. Although he was also unable to open by himself, he asked if he could come back Sunday morning with another employee. Brian and Patrick arrived on-time Sunday, were able to get the door open, and had it repaired in a relatively short period. Great Service! Brian and Patrick were very professional and courteous. Outstanding!

Mark answered all my garage door questions with expertise. Then proceeded to check all my remotes, replace a new outside keyless access, replaced worn rollers and greased springs with efficient skill. And he was on time 7 am! Thanks again Precision for sending Mark.
