I had a broken torsion spring on my garage door and gave Precision a call. They were able to set up a same-day appointment (on a Saturday) that fit into my schedule. Pat Stevens came out and assessed the situation and explained everything that was going on with the door. He gave me options for repair, and was very genuine in his breakdown. I never felt like he was trying to get over on me. Pat was very efficient in his work, and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

They were very well-organized and efficient. I loved the technology they used for updating me (sending a text and email with a photo of the technician is a great way to make customers feel comfortable). The technician arrived early (called first to make sure it was okay), did not try to upsell me, and was done in no time at all. Everything works great! I would absolutely use them again and recommend them highly.

From the initial call for a repair, through quotes and install, Precision was never pushy and very accommodating. We got a new garage door and opener after 20 years of the last one, and this one not only has a camera, but is very quiet when it opens/closes. The install by Terrance was perfect and he walked me through operation and maintenance. Thanks to everyone at Precision for our new and improved garage door!

I called in this morning to schedule an appointment to look at my garage door that came off the tracks. To my pleasant surprise, a technician (Stephen F) was at my house in under an hour and a half! Stephen arrived and gave me a detailed quote with three options for me to choose from. He was extremely thorough walking me through the pros and cons of each option available. Once I chose my path, he went right to work. He did an incredible job, my 22 year old door now works just as well as the day it was installed!

Eric was very helpful in explaining what was needed for me to replace my non-electric garage door. I asked a lot of questions, which he answered thoroughly and even explained that the reason my current door kept hitting the rafters when opening it was because it was the wrong size door and the wrong overhead rails and fixtures. After he determined what type of door would fit, he showed me what was available and what colors it came in and we placed my order. Eric made it very easy to understand. He was easy to talk to and he answered all my questions easily and without making me feel as if I was bothering him or that I was asking stupid questions. Thank you very much Eric. When I heard the noise on Friday night, I knew it was nothing good but it wasn't until I tried to open the door to go to church this morning that I realized I had a broken spring and I needed help. Enter Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan and their skillful and timely technician, Eric Hathaway. I called around 11:00 and was given a 2:00 appointment time and Eric Hathaway made good on that. He called me to confirm he was on his way when he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. I was concerned that he might have to go for parts but he had everything on hand. He offered me three different door reconstruction options with three different warranties and three different price points and I was able to choose the one that suited me. He did a good job and he cleaned up after himself and he made sure that the door functioned before he took off. He was cheerful and attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I'm very pleased with the work he did.
