This is the third time I have had my door serviced by precision. They were prompt in answering and scheduling my appointment, arrived on time, investigated, discussed issues and made necessary repairs. Eric arrived shortly after the notification he was on the way. I had been having problems with new remote openers and door adjustments. He resolved all issues with them and also installed a locking emergency door release I requested. He also reprogrammed the door side opening pushbutton digital code which had been out of operation. Eric provided some general explanation for all the programming needed. Efficient, quick and helpful. This was a very good experience for me.

I have dealt with Precision Garage Door Company for the last year and a half, and if I could give Nine Stars I would. Everyone, from office staff who take my calls, to the repairmen, surprise me with their thoughtfulness, quick response to address repair issues, knowledge, thoroughness, and strong desire to go above and beyond the call of duty. A general manager actually came out hours before the repair man, Jason, was available just to open my garage door so I could get my car out to leave for a scheduled doctor's appointment. How's that for service! Now, the cost of my last repair was higher than expected, however, I truly believe it was because EVERYTHING has gone up 300% in the last few years. I don't feel I was overcharged or taken advantage of
