I called Precision on Wednesday morning because the old rollers on my garage door failed. I selected Precision because they are licensed and insured with good reviews. They scheduled a same day appointment to fix the issue. The tech, Stephen Freitas, called before arriving and made sure it was okay to come a little early for the appointment. Stephen was awesome to work with! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and did a great job fixing my garage door! Stephen quoted me reasonable options before starting any work and explained everything to me along the way. The garage door is now super quiet and fully functional! Stephen also gave me maintenance tips and educational information about garage door systems. The work and parts have a 5 year warrant, which was important to me as well. I will use Precision and Stephen for all of my garage needs going forward!

The whole process was very simple. Yesterday afternoon I went to the companys website and booked an appointment using the easy online booking system. I saw they had appointments for the very next day! In less than 14hrs, a technician by the name of Steve Wells from Precision came to my house. He looked at my garage, fixed the issue I was having with the spring, gave me some maintenance tips going forward. My dog really liked Steve too, he was great!

Terrence with precision did an excellent install. We had a whole new door and opener put in. There are some scuffs on the door panels, which he said he was going to make note of and they would either replace them or fix them. I can better rate them once I figure out what's going to be done in that aspect . Otherwise, Terence did a phenomenal job and was very professional.

He proceeded to patiently explain the issues I was experiencing with my door, along with options to remedy them. Brad, my technician, was very pleasant, honest, professional, courteous and respectful. Paid him in full upon completion. I have had business dealings with a lot of contractors and technicians through my life. Precision Garage Door company and their technicians are top shelf. I would not recommend using any other door company accept Precision Garage Door. I am the type of person that gives high recommendation only when high recommendation is deserved.
