Precision was a great company to deal with from beginning to end! Our garage door accident happened on a Sunday morning and the representative came to our house promptly and was very informative and helpful! He made sure to get our cars out of the garage and also made sure the garage door was securely shut prior to leaving because it was going to take approximately 4 weeks to receive our new garage doors. Today the crew who came out did a great job with installing and explaining the maintenance of our new doors. They were punctual, efficient with their time and cleaned everything up perfectly! We had a great experience and would highly recommend using this company!

Precision Garage Door sent Jeff within a couple hours of our call for help. Jeff diagnosed why our garage door was operating poorly and carefully explained the required remedy. He promptly completed the repair. It now works great.

Extremely satisfied with his skill and hard work. He made our garage look better than new. It was a pleasure to speak with him and do business with Precision Door. Thanks Terrance. Well done. Follow update: Was told the job would be completed by the end of the weekweatherstripping/molding installed to finish the job. Tech never showed up. Emailed company and Megan responded by saying she didnt know but would contact tech. No response. I know it is not top priority but some communication would make me feel not forgotten.

Needed our garage door serviced and then replaced after it failed on a Thursday morning. The staff was excellent and very quick to come inspect and identify the issues. Give a quote that fit our budget and installation within 3 business days. The installer Anthony DeJesus was on time and extremely professional. He walked us through everything after he was done and cleaned up as if he had not even been there. 10/10 Will absolutely recommend to friends and family

Woke up to a garage door that wouldn't open. Called Precision and they had a tech out within 2 hrs. Dillan Smith called with his arrival time and was a complete professional and friendly throughout the repair. He was very thorough with his inspection and gained my trust with his recommendations to replace the springs and other equipment that was due for maintenance. I was really happy with the experience and highly recommend Precision

Very good experience. Our technician Mike Jolly was fast, friendly, explained things well and communicated his arrival time perfectly. We had a broken spring. We ended up replacing both springs and some other components since our door was getting a little older. Very happy with our service from Mike. Back up and running in less than 24 hours.

I had Jeff Gariepy from Precision Garage Door of Southeast & Mid Michigan come and fix my garage door opener. I first thought it was the sensors. He did work on that and replaced the side rail that was damaged. I still was unable to get the door to come down with the remote, so I had to call him back. This time he replace the sensors, and installed a whole new door opener system. Everything is working smooth now. Jeff was a little "salesy" and could have taken time to make sure I knew how things worked, but all in he was ok and the system works well.
