Terrance came, removed our old door, motor and springs (entire system) and installed entire new system. He was polite, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and explained everything. I was having problems with my aging garage door and contacted Precision on a Friday morning. They were at my house within a couple of hours and, as I expected, it was no longer worth it to repair the many things it needed, so I decided to finally replace the door They had to order the door, but it was delivered and installed the following Thursday, and Precision communicated with me through every step of the process. Jaime came Thursday morning and did the entire installation in about 4 hours. He then took the time to discuss maintenance and caring for the door and its parts. He also went over the basics of the opener with me. Jaime was very knowledgeable and professional. It was refreshing to deal with such an efficient company that actually exceeds their promises. I was extremely impressed with Precision from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with garage door issues. Remarkable experience!!

Jon arrived early to my house to replace my garage door and opener. Jon told me would take 2 hours. 2 hours later job was completed. Jon had me set up code for the keypad for entry, explained the remotes and the remote attached inside garage. Also gave me a spray can to oil the door every 4 to 6 months and what I needed to do. Everything was cleaned up and left the way it was. Thank you for an easy experience for an unexpected cost. Recommend Precision Door for all your Garage door needs.

Steve Franklin, was my my technication that install my garage door. Came in a timely matter,very polite, he explain to me how to operate and care for my door explain the keys. Also at the end how explain to me not to power wash the door. To use the garden his to shower down. I am very please. Not yet went out to open the door. It cold outside. Will leave that for my husband later on.

The tech arrived as scheduled. Instead of quoting me a price for exactly what I requested, he spent a few minutes on his tablet and came up with a full list of maintenance activities to sell. I had garage door service to replace a broken spring at a prior home several years ago, so I expected that both springs would be replaced. I know things cost more now, so I also expected this to be maybe up to twice what I paid before. However, I was astounded at the quote, which was 4x what I paid last time. Since the tech was here, and I needed the repair, I agreed to the proposed activities. He completed them in good time and everything works now. When the work was complete, the tech had to increase the price because his estimate had missed something. The whole process felt like an attempt to get additional services on the invoice and the cost was high. Although the door works fine now, I cannot recommend this company.
