Our garage door was in desperate need of some TLC. The door and opener were installed about 25 years ago but now it wouldn't pass a balance test and we had 2 broken rollers. Stephen Freitas, the tech that came to our rescue, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. When he arrived, he did a complete inspection of the entire system and then went into great detail on what should be done. He replaced everything except the door, torsion bar and tracks. Now it works perfectly and is so much quieter, we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door needs. Thank you Stephen, you're awesome!

I called precision garage door and received a quote of approximately $850 to fix a broken spring on my two car garage door. Yes, they were Willing to come out on a Sunday , very kind, very friendly. very polite and very expensive. I called Mikes garage in Redford and they came out today. They fix the hinge for me at no charge and the total for my two springs replacement on my two car garage door was $290. Thats a hell of a price difference.

I knew my garage door had issues ,so I called on a Sunday evening. This morning Mark Kucel Field Manger called first thing. By this time I could get the door open. Mark came reviewed the door mama in spring was broke in two places, but I also had minor issues. Mark gave me a quote and had the door working in no time.
