The service was fine, but the charges were exploitive. The online booking indicated the $75 site visit would be waived and only actual service would be charged. My bill for 3-10 minutes of labor was double $75.00. That is unfair.

We had a potentially catastrophic issue with one of our openers. Dalton Rhodes was sent to address our issue. Dalton calmly and professionally let me know what was wrong with not just one of my doors but all three. We decided to rebuild one door as that simply was unavoidable from a bad install. That door went through a long list of repairs and corrections. That door is now working great. We had a few maintenance issues performed on the other doors and they are now running smoother and safely. When those doors need to be replaced in the next few years, again bad install to begin with, we will go with Precision Door service and hopefully get Mr. Rhodes as the technician. Very pleased with the work and grateful for the honest assessment of the situation, possible solutions and corrective actions. Well done.
