Technician Stefan was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with our garage door as soon as he saw it. He was able to fix it within about 30 minutes and then we were good to go! Awesome service and great cost! Fantastic service!

Absolutely outstanding experience! I would give 10 stars if i could! Stephen was so professional and explained everything he was doing. He assessed the situation and then tested how the door would respond manually. Then he determined the best course of action was to lubricant all the components to release any tension that had built up. I was getting errors of too much force needed to be used to open/shut the door. We tested the door several times once placed back on auto mode and no errors were displayed! Problem solved! He showed me how to manually disengage the door too! Stephen was so kind and removed the snow off my car that had to stay outside overnight. He even made friends with my dogs too! Five paw rating from them too! He determined that the springs were old and may need replacing in the near future You can bet I will be calling Precision for that repair! The service was prompt, courteous and efficient. THANK YOU!!!y

The technician Terrence Smith did a wonderful job installing a new garage door, motor, and keypad in extremely cold weather. He removed and cleaned up all of the debris afterwards. I appreciated that he went over the warranty and explained how to use the keypad, remotes, and maintainence of the new door.

My garage door froze, and the wire came off the wheel in about 7 degree weather on Sunday afternoon. The technician, Josh, arrived in the promised time frame (same day emergency service) and he was perfect. He diagnosed the specific issue within 15 minutes and then fixed it in under an hour. He definitely save my weekend. He was very professional and fixed the isssue with satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

Fast, professional and did great work. Spring broke at 3:30pm, Called for help. Had a service tech onsite by 5pm and the door war repaired within the hour. Eric Heckroth from Precision Garage Door was professional, courteous and worked quickly to restore operation; he not only replaced a broken spring, brackets and rollers, he also adjusted the whole system and recalibrated the door opener. Impressed!

A big thank you to Stefan our garage door repair man from precision garage door. He was very patient and friendly and I could tell he had a lot of experience as he carefully replaced two huge springs that makes the door go up and down. He also fixed a few other items that will keep my garage door operating for another 10 years. Thanks again to everyone at Precision Garage for getting my door fixed and coming out on a Saturday during a snowstorm.

I was so impressed from the moment the scheduler answered the phone at Precision Garage Door. Since it was early evening when I called, she scheduled my appointment for the next morning. Brian Ciminelli, the tech who arrived was polite and really knows a lot about garage door systems. He got to work right away and had everything working again in less than 2 hours. I had the pleasure of meeting Dylan Smith-Gailey two days in a row. The first day he found the problem with my opener and indicated that he would have to come back the next day as he was out of the opener I wanted. After getting quotes from 3 garage door companies, Precision was the only one who investigated into WHY our door failed. The wood that it was attached to split. They not only replaced the split wood, but also the wood on the opposite side. Having confidence that a job is done right is important to me. I'm so happy I went with Precision.
