Our garage door suddently stopped working. I called Precision Garage Door to come out and repair the problem. Techs Mark and Jeff arrived the following day and immediately set out to find the problem. Apparently some of the wires had become lose. Msrk and Jeff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Percision for any future garage door repairs.

Precision and especially technician Jordan did an exceptional job repairing my garage door. They responded quickly and Jordan was pleasant, honest and efficient with the initial estimate and work as I was concerned that the door would need to be replaced. Cesar Velasquez installed our new garage door and he did a great job. Communication with this company was great. They send a picture of the person coming. Cesar communicated that he would be early rather than just showing up which was nice. He went above and beyond while installing our garage door. We may have paid more than other places, but this company is worth a little extra for the quality of product and professionalism of the company.

Stephen Freitas, Jr. - was on time, nice guy, new the problem and tried several times to resolve. Turned out it was the manufacturers issue and they need to come up with resolution for Precision Door to correct. I have already told several people about Precision Door. Wish they did more home improvements than just garage doors. Great company and field techs.

TECHNICIAN MIKE JONES WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. BUT DID NOT INFORM ME THAT HE BROKE SOME VALUABLE THINGS IN MY GARAGE AND I DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING ..I PROBABLY WONT REQUEST THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.THEY ARE EXPENSIVE BUT THEY DO COME EXPEDITIOUSLY..

The weather stripping was coming off our garage door and the sensors were off. Our technician, Mike, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about what needed to be repaired. He completed the repairs efficiently and to our needs. He even took the time to educate us on the future concerns we might encounter down the line with our doors. Steve was super. He arrive early, explained the process, and duration of the job. Once completed he then went about and explained the new garage door and opener to us. He explained the maintenance steps that we as owners will need to do and how to do them. Best of all the garage was just as clean as it when he arrived. I would recommend Steve and Precision Garage Door to everyone. I gave 5 stars only because I could not give 8 stars. Gary B

I had a problem with the myQ app dropping my wifi signal. After many attempts I could not get the device to pair with the app. I called the company and they set up an appointment for the technician to come out and take a look. Jeff P. was the technician and within 5 minutes had the device up and running. Jeff took his time with me and showed me what to do in the future if I had the same problem. Jeff was very patient with me with all my questions and was also very polite and professional. Thank you Jeff and to Precision Garage Door for standing by their product. Would highly recommend this company to friends and family.
