They were at my house within a couple of hours and, as I expected, it was no longer worth it to repair the many things it needed, so I decided to finally replace the door They had to order the door, but it was delivered and installed the following Thursday, and Precision communicated with me through every step of the process. Jaime came Thursday morning and did the entire installation in about 4 hours. He then took the time to discuss maintenance and caring for the door and its parts. He also went over the basics of the opener with me. Jaime was very knowledgeable and professional. It was refreshing to deal with such an efficient company that actually exceeds their promises. Jon arrived early to my house to replace my garage door and opener. Jon told me would take 2 hours. 2 hours later job was completed. Jon had me set up code for the keypad for entry, explained the remotes and the remote attached inside garage. Also gave me a spray can to oil the door every 4 to 6 months and what I needed to do. Everything was cleaned up and left the way it was. Thank you for an easy experience for an unexpected cost. Recommend Precision Door for all your Garage door needs.
