I had my garage door installed 2/5/24. I am very pleased with the whole process. My technician Ivan Meyette was very efficient in performing the installation and completed it in a timely mannerall of the material from the old door was remove. Ivan did an excellent job explaining how to keep the door operating properly as well how to use the door. It is a much quieter door. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors to othersI especially like their emergency services and the fact that the representative who sold me the door worked within my price range and fixed my old door so it would operate on a limited basis..kudos Precisionjob well done.

Our garage door opener went bad and Brian Ciminelli was dispatched to fix our problem. Brian called advised me when he would be here, arrived on time and began locating the problem. Once he located the issue, he thoroughly explained what needed to be done, showed me the estimate for repairs. Brian did the repairs, ran into an issue with our door, advised he would be back in morning with a lead technician to fix the issue. Both men arrived around 8:00 am, fixed the issue, and were gone by 9:00 am. Both my husband and I appreciate Brian Ciminelli and Precision Door for the fast professional service provided to us. My garage door opener was 20 years old. It was in very bad condition as I didn't do any maintenance because I never knew I had that responsibility. Mark Kucel, Field Manager, and his assistant needed to install a complete new system. I appreciated the fact they said I could use the old motor, as it was still working, but I chose to replace the entire system. I am very pleased with the new system and their workmanship. I would highly recommend this company and their staff. P.S. They explained what maintenance I had to do in the future.

We were so impressed with everything about our Technician, Stephen Frietas, Jr. He was super friendly, answered every question for us, got our broken garage door down and showed us how to get it back up and down until replacement. But then we unsuccessfully tried it about 20 minutes after he left. We called his office and they connected us with him and he agreed to come back (30 minutes each way) not finally leaving our home until 5:45pm on a Friday evening. We are so relieved to have the door down while we review the estimate he also provided and walked through with us. And to find Brandon in the office at 5:05pm on a Friday evening was a great surprise. Stephen is a star within the business, and so must Brandon be!
