Our technician, Dalton, notified us of his projected arrival time. He did a full inspection of our 12 yr. old garage door and opener mechanism, diagnosed the specific problem, and what was needed to fix it. He provided some additional maintenance recommendations for consideration to head off any potential future problems with the door and opener. There was no pressure to select any particular solution. He fully explained what was involved with each option & the costs. We chose to fix the immediate problem today but will have Precision back in a few weeks to do the additional preventative maintenance. Very pleased with the experience.

One of our garage door springs broke, so I looked for a local garage door repair company that had a user friendly website to view their services & possibly schedule the repair. With Precision, not only was I able to schedule it online, but it showed the appointments available to choose from, including one in less than an hour out. Once Patrick S. was finished at his prior appointment, he called to confirm what the issue was & let me know when to expect him. He arrived promptly & told me that he would inspect the whole door to determine if the spring broke due to another issue, rather than old age. Upon review, he said that I could save some money in the long run by replacing our old door system, but that he could make ours safe to run again. This was not a hard sale, just informative & helpful, as we do plan to replace it in the next year or so. Once approved, he handily replaced the worn cables & both springs, because if this one just broke, the other is not far behind. After the repairs, Patrick made sure to calibrate my opener & test the door, which worked better & quieter than it did before. We truly appreciate the quick, professional, & respectful service provided by Patrick & Precision!

Tech Josh Crudup was my tech, and he did a super job. He repaired damage door and springs Then installed a new door opener unit. He worked nonstop until job was done. The next morning Sunday wall unit was inop. I left a message and Monday he came found a pinched wire which he fixed quickly. Give this dedicated man a nice Review and raise too! Beginning with the gentleman who came out to determine what the issue was with my existing door, I felt that he showed me and explained to me what was occurring. He suggested I move my car out of the garage until the door could be replaced. He arranged for the new door to be installed within three days of him being on site. Todays installer, Jon Lyons, texted me ahead of his arrival. He was supposed to arrive by 8 AM and was here exactly at 8 AM. Jon was a one-man show. He removed my existing double garage door. It was a four panel door, and the top panel had become bent. As he lifted that panel up onto his truck, it bent in half and showered him with glass. He immediately cleaned up all of the glass. Jon completed the job in a little less than 3 1/2 hours. The job entailed removing the double garage door and all of the brackets and hardware, the garage door opener and a numeric keypad on the outside. He replaced all of those items, as well as new molding around the outside of the door. After the install was completed, he instructed me on maintenance of the door, provided me with two remotes, programmed the outside numeric keypad, and provided me with all service numbers should there be an issue in the future. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, friendliness, prompt service, and warranty of product .
