A big thank you to Stefan our garage door repair man from precision garage door. He was very patient and friendly and I could tell he had a lot of experience as he carefully replaced two huge springs that makes the door go up and down. He also fixed a few other items that will keep my garage door operating for another 10 years. Thanks again to everyone at Precision Garage for getting my door fixed and coming out on a Saturday during a snowstorm.

I was so impressed from the moment the scheduler answered the phone at Precision Garage Door. Since it was early evening when I called, she scheduled my appointment for the next morning. Brian Ciminelli, the tech who arrived was polite and really knows a lot about garage door systems. He got to work right away and had everything working again in less than 2 hours. I had the pleasure of meeting Dylan Smith-Gailey two days in a row. The first day he found the problem with my opener and indicated that he would have to come back the next day as he was out of the opener I wanted. Sure enough, he showed up today with the said opener, installed it and made sure everything worked. I am so very pleased with his professionalism and performance. I highly recommend this young man.

I had a problem with the myQ app dropping my wifi signal. After many attempts I could not get the device to pair with the app. I called the company and they set up an appointment for the technician to come out and take a look. Jeff P. was the technician and within 5 minutes had the device up and running. Jeff took his time with me and showed me what to do in the future if I had the same problem. Jeff was very patient with me with all my questions and was also very polite and professional. Thank you Jeff and to Precision Garage Door for standing by their product. Our garage door suddently stopped working. I called Precision Garage Door to come out and repair the problem. Techs Mark and Jeff arrived the following day and immediately set out to find the problem. Apparently some of the wires had become lose. Msrk and Jeff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Percision for any future garage door repairs.

Precision and especially technician Jordan did an exceptional job repairing my garage door. Cesar Velasquez installed our new garage door and he did a great job. Communication with this company was great. They send a picture of the person coming. Cesar communicated that he would be early rather than just showing up which was nice. He went above and beyond while installing our garage door. We may have paid more than other places, but this company is worth a little extra for the quality of product and professionalism of the company.
