If you want a professional to come to your home and conduct themselves as such, then youd be hard pressed to do better than Stephen Freitas and Precision Garage Door. That said, after reflecting on what I paid vs the cost of the opener and garage door parts, I cant justify the difference. The technician worked hard and did a first class job. If I had it to do over, I would have shopped around to compare costs.

I will lay out the good parts of Precision Service first, they are fast, responsive, and I do like they message you about the technician and do show up around the time they schedule you. And the technician are generally nice. That being said, this does not excuse them for charging insane amount of price way above average for the work they do. Simply looking for other service provider will save you hundreds if not thousands. Their price is in the realm of price gouging. And last but not least, I will share my experience and hopefully this can help someone else. I had them coming to check the garage door as my garage door is having issue opening. The Technician came, didn't figure out what was wrong with the garage door, and suggested that there are no issue with the garage but adjust the setting on my garage door motor and suggest replace the wheeler that could've helped with the issue. I take his advice and watch him replace the wheelers, but he didn't rebalancing garage door. And immediate the following day I noticed my garage cable are off track and called them come fix it. They did came on Sunday but they charge me more to fix broken spring and rewire the cable. They claim rebalancing is not part of the wheel replacement so it's not their fault and I don't believe that's true, and even if it is, why is the first Tactician not warn me about the potential issue when he was checking for potential problem in the garage? Instead, no problem were found were the conclusion, and I even have invoice to prove it. I don't know if I can call this quality work worth the much higher price they charge.

After getting quotes from 3 garage door companies, Precision was the only one who investigated into WHY our door failed. The wood that it was attached to split.
